Stopped here in the morning on my way into the mountains. Loved hearing about the business from their staff and had an incredible “sweet and savory” breakfast toast that was LOADED with fresh strawberries. Also got a loaf of sourdough for sandwiches this week. Hope to make it back again soon!
I was a frequent customer, and then one day I bought one of their premade breakfast sandwiches from the hot box. When I bit into it, the sausage was refrigerator cold and I spit it out. Spoke with the person working and she said they make them the day before and reheat them the next morning. That’s not what I assumed was taking place, it can’t be that hard to make them fresh. I’ve avoided this place since.
Quite possibly the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Must stop by and give this place a try, it does not disappoint.
We always try to stop here when we’re visiting from the city. Their Arborio sourdough and sourdough croissants are so good. I’m currently eating my last rationed out frozen slice as I type this - means I need to make it back upstate soon! Highly recommend the sandwiches as well.
I have walked into many establishments feeling as if I am a burden to the employees by being there, at See and Bee I was not only greeted by Donna, a very bubbly person, but was also given a full tour of the shop and given such an extensive heartfelt welcome throughout my visit, the croissants were beyond delish and I got an olive sourdough that was scrumptious. I will definitely visit again soon
Great spot for fresh prepared meals (I had the breakfast sandwich with the best bacon I’ve ever eaten) and bread and pastries. Awesome friendly and welcoming service too!
GREAT service, what a cute little place! I’m no longer local but I’m so glad I stopped in today!
Amazing food, great vibe, and the sweetest people ;)
Warm welcome and hospitality. Had the bodega breakfast sandwich and croissant. All very delicious and the quality of the baked goods were top notch. Will be back to try more things!

They were at the NYS Fair and I bought plain and chocolate croissants and chocolate chip cookies. The croissants were out of this world and I only wish I had bought more. Cookies I thought were on the salty side. Sure wish you were closer to me. Maybe do mail order. Hope to see you again

Cute little place, but $10 for a loaf of stale sourdough?

We were attending a workshop in Greenville, NY, and ventured to Cairo to try See and Be. The food was positively excellent! I highly recommend the cucumber, tomato and onion salad. It is so fresh and delicious (in early August, when fresh produce is plentiful--don't know if they serve it year round.) I had the sandwich called Cheesy/Salty/Sweet and it was really good and filling. The service was great, the worker behind the counter was super friendly. It was worth the drive and when I'm in the area I will eat here again!

GREAT food and pastries! This place is fantastic, they serve breakfast until 2pm also. Super friendly staff, the breakfast was exceptional and the home-made bread was amazing. Everything was fresh. They also have a wide variety of to-go options. Overall 10/10 would recommend you try.
