“Stopped in today for a fast meal while driving Route 11. Service was quick and efficient, and everything tasted as expected. It was busy, so seating was limited, but turnover was fast. To balance things out, I treated myself to Thai Yoga Bodywork at NNY Massage afterward. The full-body stretching was restorative and calming, making the whole day feel more intentional.“

“Have to get permission in order to use bathrooms. Food was good. They seemed to be lacking staff. Though I think that's every where. I had to wait for staff in order to order food. Last I checked I couldn't tell the kiosk to put Swiss on burger. So that's why I wait.“

“I’d never been to a 5 guys before is my wife said she needed us to go. I got 2 burgers and split some fries with my wife. The meat quality was very good and probably cooked and seasoned. The fries were hot and seasoned well. The veggie toppings were all fresh and crisp and they don’t drown the burgers in condiments. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. It was more expensive than I expected but was also a lot better than I expected. I’ll definitely be going back.“

“Had some gift cards that I had for a year. They were still good so I got dinners for my husband and me. I sat at the bar and let the person who worked there that I want to use them. Had a beer while I was looking over the menu. My husband was not with me so I was texting with him to find out what he wanted. Once and had decided my order was taken, and I just waited for my order. Everything was fine and then I left.“

“We go to BK every Sunday for breakfast. The girls are sweet , kind, & helpful. But most of all, Zack Dickenson, who is the cook, always makes sure to recognize us, says good morning. He also makes great breakfast sandwiches. He often comes out & asked, "was everything ok?" We just want you to know that the Arsenal St. Burger King 🤴 in Watertown, NY is well established. “The food was amazing! Started coming here about once a week for the last month and a half and all the servers have been very nice! Never an issue at all. Especially tonight as of 3/28 had the server named Zoey! She was so sweet and welcoming. I would most certainly recommend her to anyone.“

“was very disappointed when I asked to add Mac sauce and instead got completely plain mcchickens. No lettuce, mayo, or Mac sauce. After waiting 15 mins. This was my lunch break food so I couldn’t go back. I didn’t even eat it because I don’t like dry sandwiches :(. The service and employees at the windows were great tho.“
