I don't know if it was due to the day of the week or the time of the day. But the customer service sucked today. The burgers were made sloppy today. The bathrooms were dirtier than the normal expectations. Everything was off today.

Over the past 2 months this location has deteriorated drastically.The staff has become rude, one drive through worker told me to "deal with it" when my drink was the wrong size.Also the food quality has dropped, and my wife and i have noticed that lately the buns have smelled really bad, like a burning dryer vent or sometimes laundry detergentTonight the double quarter i got was so soaked with grease the bun actually fell appart.

We always get cheeseburgers at this McDonald's.but last night ordered them got home and all tasted funny and covered in grease even the buns... maybe from now on be goin to dairy Queen up the road by walmart

Unfortunately, my experiences at this particular McDonald's have been consistently disappointing. The service leaves much to be desired, with frequent mix-ups and forgotten orders, especially when parked to wait for food. Additionally, the food quality tends to be subpar, often lacking freshness. It's become a routine to double-check my bag before leaving, as missing items are all too common. Even requesting condiments at the window doesn't guarantee they'll make it into your bag. The long lines and crowded parking area further exacerbate the frustration, as it seems everyone is waiting for their order, which sometimes ends up being someone else's. Overall, this McDonald's falls short in both service and quality, making it a less than desirable dining option.

Corporate needs to visit more often. They were here a couple weeks ago and the place was clean, staff was friendly and orders didn't take forever.But of course now everything's back to the way it was, rude staff, they are slow as can be and the place is dirty.
Restaurant cleanliness was pretty good although no one is regularly coming out to wipe down the tables. I had to wipe ours down before we sat. The bathrooms were stocked and clean. Lighting was nice and they have this cute dot table that changes color. The food was good, but they didn't include any silverware for breakfast, no syrup for the pancakes. My biggest complaint: WHY IS IT 30°F OUTSIDE AND THERE IS NO DANG HEAT ON IN THIS BUILDING??!? We got shivers and sniffles sitting here!!!! Not okay.

I order 4 double cheese burgers two with no onions extra pikals two regular two fish sandwiches. Only received one fish sandwich a d my special order double cheese burgers where done like a regular. They want higher wages but can get customers orders right. This isn't the first time it has happened.
I made my meal a large like usual, knowing that my kids are going to want some of my fries even though they get their own. I find it very aggravating to get home (10min) and see that my fries and beverage were most certainly not a large. It’s not about the food. It’s the fact that this isn’t the first time nor is it the fifth. It’s about the money folks. The money we all waste not getting what we paid for. If you’re going to continue to raise the prices on your consumers at least make sure the quality of the food and experience matches what they’re spending.Thanks for getting my burger (cheese and ketchup only) right this time though?
