Staff is friendly and courteous. The plain bagel I had was not very good. It was somewhat chewy. My husband had bacon and egg on a roll. He said the bacon was very fatty.

The best bagel store around, seriously. Not only do they listen to your order, and get it fresh and right the first time, but the entire establishment is clean and nicely kept. The staff is beyond wonderful so tip them well! We order weekly from them and will continue to do so!

normally i love coming here. this morning i ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted, with "light" butter. not only did they not give me butter, but they put what looks like a pound of cream cheese on top of my barely toasted bagel.
