I purchased tickets for a specific date and the park closed due to “iffy” weather and they never bothered to contact me. It’s very disheartening when their site is extremely encouraging to purchase in advance. This “locally owned” and “mom and pop” type business didn’t even call me back after many attempts to reach them and communicate my dissatisfaction. It’s very clear how they feel about local and returning customers. I’m STILL waiting for a call back. Don’t go here. American Dream Mall is just as close for those living mid-island and I’m sure would treat their customers better.
