music bingo was hot mess. waited over a hour after start time and still not even ready to start. They need to print more bingo cards they said. It dosent take that long. Have to give it to them they found a way to get people to buy cider on a thursday.

Came here in search of cider for my friend. This place did not disappoint as far as the cider. I could have sat there and tried them all. We walked in and this place was so lively and festive. We went to order a flight and chatted with two servers. A heavy set guy and a blonde young lady. The heavy set guy was a bit rude (whatever). The young lady was fun and helped her decide what to try. All were delicious and we bought 3 bottles. I will definitely come back and will avoid the rude guy.

Fun day with family. Great atmosphere, good hard cider. I hate a float, which includes 4 tasting portions for $20. I also had a pretzel, which is huge, comes with a cheese sauce, a djon honey mustard, and a spicy djon mustard...delicious! But $14. It can be a bit pricey (thanks, mom). I liked the choices of music being played but I wishedi could actually hear the words. I think a better sound system or a little less cider for the musical talent. Cheers!

!!!DOESN’T HAVE RESPECT FOR VETERANS!!
upon leaving, my cousin (who just returned from serving 6 years in the military) was treated completely unfairly and with a disgusting manor. Another one of our friends who recently returned from service was in the parking lot and my cousin wanted to meet him. he had a drink in his hand and went to walk out to meet him. the FIRST THING the “bouncers” said to him was “do you speak english buddy? no drinks outside”. my cousin was being completely compliant, no unruly actions (which i completely understand if he wasn't, it would be a different scenario). he asked “if you need to hold my drink while i'm out there, thats fine” and they refused with attitude, swiping their hands away saying “i don't want to hold that” … i found myself holding it for him. absolutely no respect for people, let alone veterans, completely uncalled behavior from your staff. our visit on 10/19 was completely ruined by this experience, very unfortunate.

Denied my service dog saying you need paperwork. That is illegal in nys you don’t have to show proof of a service animal. Also lady at the door was ready to tackle my dog as if u was going to run by.
There is a lot of empty space for more tables and benches inside yet there is not. People standing all over, fighting to tables before people finish leaving the table.
Needs more seating both indoor and outside.... Waterdrinker recently had the same issue and solved with more seating. 3/5 because of limited seating.
