Food was ok. Service was ok.The place was busy so things take time. The biggest problem, in our opinion is the noise level in the dining room. Big mistake taking the carpet out. Impossible to hold a normal conversation. Maybe it's us but the old Burger Den was not this noisy. It's kind of a deal breaker for us unfortunately.

Long wait, which was frustrating as I just wanted a quick and easy lunch. Out of several items that I tried to order. Waitresses seemed flustered. Waitress apologized twice for long wait. Lunch turned out to be good except I got a wheat wrap when I specified white. Pile of chips was bottom of the bag! Wish they still served breakfast. Menu selections need improvement.
