The portion sizes here aren’t great for what you pay. It costs more than most other places, yet the food comes in small containers that aren’t even full. Other restaurants usually pack their food in larger, filled containers. The food quality is hit or miss you might get hard rice one day and perfectly fresh rice the next. The beef sometimes tastes microwaved, though occasionally it seems freshly prepared. If something goes wrong with your order, they’ll replace it, but often in the most disappointing way possible.

It has declined significantly since the new people took over. Portions are small, food is tasteless and customer service nonexistent. I asked for shrimp chow fun extra spicy with chilies. I got no shrimp or chillies. This place used to be really good. What a shame

The food here varies from okay to decent. The service, especially calling for takeout, is horrible. If there were any competition in town this place I doubt this place would survive. But as takeout Chinese Food in Washington County goes, it’s just okay.

Does this place even want business? Every time I’ve ordered from this restaurant I’ve had to continuously call over and over until an employee answers. What’s the deal here? And when the finally do answer (20 calls later) the customer service is extremely poor. I’d recommend ordering anywhere else but this place.
