Sour Little Lemon Drop

My dad and i dont frequent many subways, last experience we had wws at one in bennington and just the smell made us leave, but this subway was just a phenomenal experience start to finish. My dad has many allergies one being sunflower, and its a very random thing to find in almost EVERYTHING. Our i suppose ill call him sub maker whose name was Marcus was EXTREMELY understanding SO patient AND was beyond helpful when it came to this factor. He made sure to not cross contaminate by getting fresh veggies or fresh bread, and even went out of his way to use a different knife just to cut the bread. Im not sure if my dad would have had any reaction from just the knife but marcus put his own thoughts into every action and made us feel extremely welcome at this subway. Many other places when my dad asks “whats in this” they say i dont know and we leave. Marcus got the allergy menu he knew was physically there and when that didnt have enough info, told us we can check it online for more allergy information too. He had a wonderful sense of humor and a very pleasant and positive attitude with us, we were both very picky and crazy with our sub orders and he did everything with patience and consideration. I highly recommend this subway over many others AND if me and my dad are ever hungry and want subway we will absolutely come to this location ESPECIALLY if marcus is working. The experience was a 10/10 the food was great! Which was shocking to hear from my dad because hes always been more of a mr sub guy. Again, amazing worker marcus, very clean interior, id definitely go here any day of the week for subway! :))

Food is amazing! Atmosphere is great! Employees are very nice and funny! Great restaurant all in all and I would recommend for anyone passing through! Just don’t let Victoria hit you with cheese.

Ordered online and was sorry I did! Brought 2 subs home and one had no tomato , no black olives and very little meat. The second one I got was supposed to have double meat but was even less than the regular one!! Waste of money !🤮

Muffin Princess

I ordered a toasted, meatball marinara with extra meatball and extra cheese with pepperoni, spinach, red onion, and black olives. I found it littered with jalapeño not toasted. I couldn’t even pick up the sandwich because it fell apart. I didn’t order any jalapeño. I am so disappointed This is disgusting. There’s some kind of sauce on the sub too that I didn’t order.

This is our favorite subway to frequent, our subs were yummy and the staff were friendly, we tried a sample of the new chipotle sauce and loved it. It’s so nice to have positive human interaction and good customer service these days.

I placed an order on line and I didn't get the sauce I requested on my sandwich and it wasn't supposed to be toasted however it was and bacon was like raw

Waited more than 5 minutes for someone to come take my order.....no one even came to the front so I left. I had an order for 6 full subs. I'll go to pizza world for my subs instead.

They will make in store customers wait until the finish online orders. It has happened multiple times. Yesterday it was three deep in store customers but the online orders came first.

Went there today the manager is literally the sweetest person. Helped me get my rewards going when I was frustrated with the app and my card. The sub person was very new but made a killer sub and a wrap that somehow didn’t end up a disaster. I’m not sure her name but I’m there weekly and will be dining out for sure!

Parking: Simple

Wheelchair accessibility: All one level, I would assume it would be simple to go straight from any parking spot Directly to door with no ramp or real struggle. I did NOT have a wheelchair but everything is very flat. You could even roll over to Stewart’s probably if u wanted to.

It's a nice little Subway. Only 1 person working on a Sunday, so I had to wait about 10 mins to get my sub. There was an online mobile order for 4 subs ahead of me. I had to wait for the poor kid who was working by himself to finish those subs before he could make mine. He was extremely nice and apologized for the wait. Other than that, the food was good and so was the service.

Kid-friendliness: They did have a highchair there for anyone who may have smaller children. I only saw one, im not sure if they have more somewhere else in the store. I didn't use the bathroom, so I'm not sure if there is a changing station or not.

I used to work here and this place is a complete disgrace I got backlash from the hiring manager for something I didn't even do I'm not gonna say her name but she's a very careless always serious person I don't have anything nice to say about her the employees are not friendly whatsoever terrible customer service another one of the mangers again not saying any names but she's not professional at her job whatsoever she cares about being on her phone eating food much rather than a professional job performance nothing good to say about her either I have nothing positive to say about this place the food is decent but that's about it terrible customer service employees are always looking so serious and that's almost every single employee not a friendly atmosphere whatsoever not to mention the place is infested with hornets you'll never see a smile on any of the employees if anybody is looking for a local job this is the last place I recommend the food is actually decent everything else is just completely terrible ?
