Waited almost 15 minutes for the server to get my order correct..then I had to wait another 10 minutes to have my ice coffee made. .finally had to speak up about it. .they were not busy at all..not happy with runnulow on dougnuts

Id say that 70% of time, they're good. We don't typically have problems, especially when Kelly is working there.
Some days however, the food is cold, the iced coffee is used instead of cold brew, or they forget parts of the order entirely. Those days, you feel like you wasted money/points and didn't really get what you paid for
I have gone to this dunkin multiple times because it is the only one in my area. Service is terrible. Food is not good. I have been given the wrong order four times. Two out of the four i've been in a hurry and unable to correct it. So I waste money. It's the worst dunkin i've ever been to. I would recommend going to the tops down the road over the dunkin.
