some of the staff are lowkey rude when not given a reason to be, like you can be the most respectful person and they still will have a bad attitude. horrible customer service and when the staff are mad at you they make your food and drinks HORRIBLE 🤦♀️

They were out of most of the flavored sweeteners, more than half of staff wete trainees, they were out of most donuts, it took forever to get my order in drivethru even though I ordered ahead. I almost got green tea instead of my iced coffee (which tasted old and/or burnt,) and after getting my iced coffee on a 95° day, after about 5 minutes waiting for my frozen coffee before someone finally asked what else are you waiting for? I said my frozen coffee and then several minutes later I got an almost melted Frozen coffee.

Since remodeling in June, there have been endless issues that this location seems to be experiencing. 2 of the 3 times I've been there, I've had to leave because they couldn't complete my order. The first time, they had no coffee base. Today, their blenders AND ovens were broken. The one and only time I was able to order a frozen coffee, it wasn't frozen. It was all liquid as if they used scalding coffee for it which melted all of the ice. Before the remodel, I never experienced these issues.

The worst Dunkin I have ever encountered. Food/drinks either always incorrect or missing, the worst of staff who do not know work ethic/customer service, and they either hang up the phone on you or just let it ring so you can’t even call the location to fix their mistakes. I have never been to a Dunkin that has been so consistent with being the worst establishment known to man kind.
