They were out of most of the flavored sweeteners, more than half of staff wete trainees, they were out of most donuts, it took forever to get my order in drivethru even though I ordered ahead. I almost got green tea instead of my iced coffee (which tasted old and/or burnt,) and after getting my iced coffee on a 95° day, after about 5 minutes waiting for my frozen coffee before someone finally asked what else are you waiting for? I said my frozen coffee and then several minutes...
Id say that 70% of time, they're good. We don't typically have problems, especially when Kelly is working there.
Some days however, the food is cold, the iced coffee is used instead of cold brew, or they forget parts of the order entirely. Those days, you feel like you wasted money/points and didn't really get what you paid for

The morning crew was amazing today! The drive thru line was out to the road, but I was through it in 5 minutes. Everyone was really nice, and my coffee & sandwich was great! THANK YOU!
