Stopped in for lunch and some beverages last Friday. The Horse's A** sandwich was amazing. Great service and value here, I will be back for sure!

Just stopped in in honor of my good late friend Dave kio ! Bought everyone a drink . Place was packed ! Every table was full . The bar as well . One of few places left in the north country .

In 1986 I was the Bar Keep when Mary owned the place. I lived on River Road. It was something out of the West. Rustic, large wood stove in the middle of the room, plus a hound dog that slept there, the pool table in the back area. Just a great place to have a few beers. Yes, the Snow Mobilers were great for business. I remember when "Red" Powell was tearing out the rooms up stairs and the walls had 1916 Utica news papers for insulation. I still have some.Then just North was Cedar Pines. I really miss this area. 5 Stars just cause I loved working there and enjoying the customers. No Foo Foo drinks were allowed on my shift. So, Beer and shots only. The Vienna Splits, Best Ever.
