ORIGINAL REVIEW: I cant tell you how upset I am right now. I have five kids and we order all the time and spend lots of money here. About three or four days ago we ordered two pizza subs and some other items. Both subs were completely wrong. We later found out that they didnt even take the order correctly. By the time we sat down to eat they were closed. I called the next day and explained what happened. The guy said he would need to speak to the owner and they would get back to me. No response. I called back the following day. Another guy told me the same thing. No response. Called again today. A third guy tells me they would have to talk to the owner and MAYBE give us a $10 credit. Because their policy is we have to return the food or get nothing. Good to know four days after the fact. So much hassle over two stupid subs that they screwed up on. They just lost our business over it. After all the money we spend here and order regularly they couldn't just replace two subs without four days of hassle and runaround? Its insanity! Horrible customer service. HUGE shame.

Pizza plus in Camden Ny Jonna Hicks is the owner and well she has people in the dining room young children she swears and throws things around at her employees in the kitchen area . It’s very unexceptionable behavior when kids are present in the dining room and towards staff .

I ordered a gluten free pizza I said it 20 times to the guy who answered the phone . Waited an hour and paid 45$ for two small pizzas and they came and not gluten free . For people with an allergy ordering gluten free beware it’s happened to me 4 times now this will be my last . Called and the owner or manager didn’t offer to correct it or refund my money they wanted to give me a store credit what a joke . The place sucks anyone with a brain would go to Avicollis . The only reason I ordered this is Avicollis is closed on Sunday . Owner should learn how to train his staff and treat customers when they mess up someone dinner . This place deserves -10 stars . Do better pizza plus . Change your name to pizza negative .

The pizza was ok, we had just plain cheese. The wings sauce was very good, but they were a little on the small side compared to other pizza shops o eat at. We didn’t try anything else, so not sure about the other food here. The lady who answered the phone was fantastic and very friendly. If you’re in the area give pizza plus a try!

Came here on a Sunday as our favorite place was closed and we decided to give this pizza shop a try. We definitely don't recommend this restaurant over Avicolli's. We went in at 545p, ordered at the counter, sat down as there is no table service, our pizza came out 45 mins later, garlic knots 55 mins later and wings came out 1 hour later. The staff was not apologetic at all. No communication at all, We were the only people in the restaurant at the time, but 2 other people came in after us and had to wait just as long for 10 wings. The service is a 0/5 stars, the atmosphere was cute but there is no table service, and the food was just ok. My son gave the wings a 3/5 starts. Pizza for us was a 3/5 stars and the garlic knots were 5/5. If you are in the area go to Avicolli's for wings and pizza. I drive 5 hours just for Avicolli wings. Save yourself the disappointment.

Last wknd was our first time & it definitely won’t be our last! We ordered 2 pizzas & a couple orders of wings, all were amazing! Wings were perfectly crispy & flavor was good! Pizza- wow, I love the crust & the thinly sliced onions with sausage was perfect! 🤤 We will be back!
Their pizza and wings are really good, but honestly, I mostly go for their homemade ranch. It’s seriously the best ranch I’ve ever had — super fresh and full of flavor. I always end up wanting extra because I could dip everything in it. The people are always nice too, and it’s just a good little spot when you’re craving something comforting.
