My family and I love Shortys. They are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and the food is delicious. On my most recent visit, as I went to buy one of their soups, the owner was so nice to let me know it had bacon in it out of courtesy for my religious dietary restrictions. I didnt even ask! It was so thoughtful and appreciated!! Cant recommend this place enough!

I was driving through town and stopped by this lovely local deli. I was greeted and served by the nicest employee Hailey! She was very knowledgeable and patient as she explained all the sandwiches she could prepare. It’s such a treat when you experience amazing customer service! She made me one of the best Italian sandwiches I’ve ever had! I will absolutely visit again and hope Hailey is working!

I stopped in Shorty's for the first time today. the young lady recommended the roast beef. It was excellent! and not overpriced. Staff was very friendly!

We stopped at shortys on our way home and all I can say is wow! Their roast beef sandwich was delicious! They even make their own roast beef. The meaty pasta salad was honestly the best I have ever had. Staff is super nice! Kudos to shortys and I love Luke Bryan! 🤣

Came here on our way passing through town. Came for the prime rib and was disappointed that they only serve it on Tuesday. Got the special, burger with the fixings and a bag of chips. Picked the Cajun pickle chips and they were way to salty almost inedible. My son got a grilled cheese. Cute little place. The girl that took care of us was friendly. Everything was good. I did think that the grilled cheese was over priced. It was just a regular grilled cheese with no side and it was the same price as the burger with a side. Beware the bathroom light shuts off and leaves you in the dark. You have to wave your arms or something to turn it on.
My wife ordered a bacon sandwich and I ordered an Italian sandwich. The bacon sandwich was good, however, the buttered bread made the sandwich a little greasier than she prefers. When I receive my sandwich, wrapped in heavy paper, the weight of it surprised me. The amount of meat, cheese, tomato, lettuce, and pepperoni was astounding. I ordered a full sandwich thinking that a half sandwich wouldn't satisfy me. Boy, was I wrong. Shorty's is very generous with the portions they put on their sandwiches. We also ordered the special macaroni and cheese to take home. We tasted it after we received it because we were hungry, and it is delicious.
The service was great. My sandwich was brought to me within 5 minutes of my order; my wife's took a little longer since the bacon had to be cooked crisp.
The atmosphere was nice. It's obviously a small town diner where they know everybody and everybody knows them. It was neat listening to people coming in the door greeting others and asking after their familys.
All in all, this was a great experience. And, it's the best place we've eaten since coming to Camden, New York.
