We went in to have lunch and were greeted with your going to have to wait. She was the manager and was not pleasant at all. She was filling a phone order while two sets of customers were waiting to be taken care of. This is not the first time this has happened. Before we were told it would be a twenty minute wait. What a Way to lose business In a Town that doesn't have many places to eat.

Lots to say about a place we used to enjoy. First the wheat bread was hard. The fountain drinks were mainly water. Had to dump two different flavors out before we got one with any flavor. The prices for regular combo's were not displayed. Only the meal of the day combo. A little surprised when the meal was over three dollars more than the combo listed for same thing. For what we got vs price will not being going back any time soon.

I went in to order subs with my kids and one of the employee said next time I come in I need to write all of my orders down before to give to them, because clearly us being there we can’t just tell them what we want on our subs! She was rude and waved at me rudely good bye when I said nvm I’ll go somewhere else!

Ordered through the app. Store did not have items, could not cancel the order or refund the order as they do not have a manager on most days. Only a manager can refund and he is only there once in a while.

Really clean,and the subs have gone down hill ,, sometimes the buns are hard on the ends,and no I don't get mine toasted either,sometimes they don't put hardly anything on it then other times they do ,I have been going to Bryne Dairy much better,update as of 8/6/24 they need to be reorientated about how to treat customers who have a slight impairment or they may find they have no customers,they can be very rude and inconsiderate and that's no way to treat a customer!!!!
