The owner is so rude. She makes her own prices and they are never displayed accurately. Food is overpriced and it's not even the greatest. It's a shame she don't go out of business and a nice deli replaces it. I guess we can only hope. It's in a area that's very convenient.

This place has gone downhill faster then an Olympic skier. Their prices are misleading and deceiving. The menu online and on their in-store menus are wrong apparently. They price a sandwich with the ingredients with no indication anything cost extra and then charge you $2 extra for bacon!?!? A $6.99 sandwich on their website turns out to be $11+. And the girl working the cash register isn't friendly at all. Has the personality of a brick. This is a shame because I live right down the road and have stopped going here and go to orange county bagels instead. Wouldn't recommend this place anymore unless out of complete emergency.

My daughter is 15 years old. She was hired by the store owner to work as a cashier for $10/hr. Minimum wage in NYS is $14.75/hr but my daughter agreed to work since it is her first job and she was excited to work. A month later the owner told my daughter to start making bacon, ham sandwiches and my daughter told her that she is a Muslim and does not touch pork. Owner told her that other Muslim workers touch pork. My daughter said she won't and besides she was hired as a cashier. The owner fired her on the spot. Do not work for the owner for $10/hr. She will use you and discard you. Find work elsewhere.

DO NOT GO !!! $9.98 a pound for tuna salad !! My man got a tuna on cheap store bought rye bread $8.99 !!! There may have been 2 table spoons of tuna on it, no lettuce, no tomatoes ? we will never be back there again

The owners of this establishment are deceiving their customers regarding pricing. They post sandwiches with bacon as an ingredient yet they charge you for the bacon as an extra item at the register. When I went to pick up three chicken sandwiches which included bacon I was charged $2.16 extra for the bacon per sandwich. It is appalling that this establishment is being purposely deceiving and their customers are paying extra charges without posting the costs on the site. Poor business strategy.

sandwiches are always made cheaply, ie: 1 piece of domestic ham for each side of hero, 3 small pieces of pepperoni for entire hero and very thinly sliced mozzarella, 2 on each side of hero. the spicy Italian is supposed to have ( per their description) spicy ham, not domestic. unfortunately they keep telling us it must have been a mistake, so we've given them several chances. Today was the worst. $7.99 for a spicy Italian hero which they sparingly put meat on. It is our last time ever going there. We can no longer believe " it must have been a mistake ". Buyer beware. Something is definitely wrong with their understanding of how to make a good deli sandwich.
This place is crazy. I order something that came with bacon ? but they charged me $2.00 more for the bacon like if I order extra when I didn't. I don't believe that is right to do. If the sandwich comes with it how can u charge me that is not right at all and the first time that this has happened. I would watch out for this place when u order from here

I am appalled to say the least. Rude manager (Indian accent woman ) answered my call blaming me for grub hubs doing. She clearly needs to learn customer service, they screwed up my order prior to this one but apparently she's not good taking the blame nor fixing matters with customers! She stated she hates Grubhub and Doordash because she has problems with payments. She also stated she never subscribed to be on either site. Her anger was she had to give away two sandwiches because meat is expensive. How do you pay for your meat with no customers!

Every time I order from here my order is wrong and it's a simple request a bacon egg n cheese with salt pepper ketchup with a hashbrown in the sandwich and that same thing just one without ketchup .. and they cant even manage that
