I'm a huge fan of Loves but this location is always out of products in their restaurants or the showers are down or the bathrooms and showers(multiple times now)and employees are definitely lacking in professional service(I've never seen people so depressed and short tempered at a Loves).The only thing that redeems this place is the guys in the truck service/repair shop,super friendly guys and very knowledgeable.I will forever be a huge Loves fan but this place needs corporate attention for sure.

A little bit of everything within this truck stop….. every kind of drink, snack,toy& food …..found everything we could hope for !!within the plaza is a Subway restaurant…..They did a fantastic job for us and a Dunkin’ Donuts which served to please !!!overall a fantastic visit ….very happy!!

(This took place in the summer time 2023)(edited to correct some grammar)Usually its not that bad here, and maybe I would rate this higher if the counter guy didn’t laugh in my face and if he wasn't so disrespectful and made me cry bc of how rude he was... I forgot my license and couldn’t get cigarettes and I live an hour and a half away and have to drive all the way here from Massachusetts to get them because MA doesnt sell the type that me a few others needed, so I took the ride to the closest place over the border in NY for me and everyone that pitched in... I showed pictures of my license and the barcode and the counter guy was rude and just told me no and to go away and laughed right in my face! he was very short with me and cut me off when i tried to ask a question and told me to go away and he doesn’t care how old I am and that I need to leave.. the laughing in my face part when I realized I forgot it and was clearly upset and worried was the part that really got to me the worst.. I have stuff going on in my own life and I don't need some guy laughing in my face like I'm some kind of idiot.. that wasn't respectful at all..

Always clean restrooms, friendly service, lots of fuel pumps so very little if any wait time. Very good selection of food, snacks (fresh fruit, sandwiches, hot food, and other pre-packaged snacks and drinks. The coffee is very good! Very important on long trips! There is also a Wendy’s at this stop if you don't want snacks from the store.

This place is horrible. It's chaotic there 24/7. The management is clueless. In order to get fuel you have to sit in long lines to the pump for an hour. Always something not working. Better hope that pump works by the time you finally get to it. Chances are that either diesel or DEF is not available.Sometimes both and you're back to the very back of another line hoping everything works this time

Thus subway was insanely good. Like, something-to -write-home-about good. Not only was it really good, but 'Is'(rael) was one of the nicest people I have talked to in weeks. He was super friendly, but still professional and QUICK. I don't think I've ever raved about a subway or a loves. But this location made a believer out of me. It's nice to have someone treat you like a normal person when you know you look like you've been run over by a truck. Human compassion goes a long way when we get so little.If he is not a manager, he needs to be. Thank you.
