This location is very hit or miss in my experiences. Half the time I order a refresher, it’s a cup of ice with 3 sips of beverage, and others it’s fine. The inconsistency is a bit annoying especially when I waste $3-$4 on 3 sips of drink… The employees are usually friendly at least!

It seemed like after you made your order it took them forever to get your order ready. All we did was order drinks and had to wait at least a minimum of 15 minutes. Probably a half hour when you got drinks. No at Dunkin' no

So I order a bacon egg and cheese ( no egg ) bagel and get an untoasted egg and cheese bagel. I have worked this job it's not that hard to read a sticker and every time I get food here its messed up .. 🤯so yet another wasted 6$

One of the employees made my drink and it sat in the back for a very long time. Like a half an hour. Super annoying and inconvenient. And didn’t even taste good. The employees seemed zoned out, mumbled, very unfriendly. He was dropping cups all over and flies on the food and me.

Well I did an online pickup order, and I scheduled it for a specific time and when I got there obviously had been sitting there a while because the cold foam was completely gone! So this place cannot sit there and follow instructions of a customer. Will not be going back to canton's dunkin
DO NOT EAT HERE!! I came to Dunkin Donuts and ordered a drink for someone who doesn't like me there to purposely mess it up 2 times!!! Vanessa Mousaw had put paper in my drink the first time and then proceeded to fill my cup up with ice to the brim when i asked to have it remade. I called and complained to the store and told them she personally doesn't like me and has tampered with my food. They offered me a new drink, I can't trust that my food won't be messed with at this location anymore. While she was still on the job she made a facebook post about my complain. This store does not care about the customer and only if they have enough workers. Attached is the facebook post that she has now deleted. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
