Busy store due to location. Always clean inside and friendly staff throughout the entire day and night.I m a Starbucks girl born and raised, but still never had a bad experience from any Dunkin!
This is honestly the only Dunkin I still enjoy going to. Sue runs the place like a champ and the employees are always phenomenal. And the only complaints they get are them not doing things the Potsdam stores do. That, I know first hand is because Canton follows corporate standards and Potsdam is still trying to get on their feet and learn everything. So please, stop calling Canton employees "lazy" for simply following company instructions. They are FAR from lazy.
