When we go to north we always love to explore local businesses, and back to city Id recommended it to my co workmate and friends. but this Diner? no way josie! I would never recommended this place. Pancake looks pike microwave and the sausage patty its disgusting not worth for $13 with tax! I recommend go to Philips Diner in ogdensburg you will be so happy after you visit that diner, this place GTs is a total nightmare so think twice before going this diner.

Told us there was no soup and 15 minutes later told another customer there was soup for the soup and salad special. Waitress not attentive to customers bad attitude.

Came here with my family after a long day and we were the only ones there expect for two others. We were stared at as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. Stared at as we were going to sit down, by both servers. It made not only me but my whole family uncomfortable. (No smiles, to me they looked annoyed we were there). I felt like I wasn’t welcomed. Very upsetting as I have teachers from my high school who work there and I don’t want to go back.

We went here a couple weeks ago for the first time after they reopened and had a fantastic meal. I decided to take my parents tonight and although the food was good I was not pleased. My mom and I ordered Maple Garlic wings. We both got honey garlic and when I asked for maple garlic sauce to dip y wings in I was still brought honey garlic??? Does the person cooking not know the difference between honey and maple syrup. I ordered Pumpkin Cheesecake and Apple Crisp for desert for $4 each, and have attached pictures of what we got. The waitress was way more interested in her phone and her long fake pointed neon fingernails than anything else.If I go there again and that waitress was there I will walk out. She needs to put her phone away and pay attention to what’s she is doing and serving. I believe due to your having a irresponsible waitress we should be compensated for the wings that she served to us after we ordered Maple Garlic, not Honey Garlic and repeated ourselves 3 times and still got the wrong thing and also for the pathetic looking deserts. ?

They need to work on customer service. Waited 55 minutes for a burger while 4 groups that came in after us were served before us.

We had a great experience and good food for breakfast so thought we would stop in for dinner. I wish I could say is was amazing, but it was not. We had ordered chicken parm and a chicken burger. Both meals were unappetizing and inedible. I had ordered a breaded chicken sandwich and received a dry grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken parm was unlike any we have seen, a plate of spagetti smothered with melted mozzarella cheese and a breaded chicken patti on top which was cut into small pieces. The corn that was served with this meal was old and tasteless. Needless to say, we paid the bill and left the food. Apparently this restaurant was recently purchased by new management and I hope that there will be much improvement in the future.

I ordered a grilled Reuben...it was a corn beef patty with sauerkraut on a kaiser roll...yuck! The deep fried cheese curd...overcooked
