Excellent sub shop, workers are great and always pleasant. Food is delicious and there is a big variety of options to choose from. It's super cozy in the back corners of the seating areas and usually not crowded.

So I've given the place a few tries on a couple of sandwiches and so far it's been highly disappointing. The first meatball sub I got was fair. Hardly any sauce but it was reasonable, I suppose. The good experience ends there. The second time I made the same order, I asked for a little more marinara. Boy did I get it. I got it to go so it was wrapped in aluminum foil. Well... The entire sandwich, inside and out was drenched in marinara leaving an enedible meatball sub soup inside. Never even took a bite. How could I? The while mess was only edible by spoon. Today I got the chicken parm. Turns out that is a big mistake too. Covered in and out with sauce which just makes the bread an absolute useless mess. The chicken used is just a basic tasteless kids meal tender soaked in the most bland marinara the world has ever known. The entire thing is a flavorless, formless, and inedible blob of crappy ingredients made by people of don't give a shit what you take home, how it looks or how it tastes. At least that's the feeling one is led to have. Sandwiches are easy. What in the jreck is going here? The photos are what is expected vs reality. Now, I should stress that this soup sandwich in the photo is by far the best looking product I've got from this establishment. Unfortunately, it tastes worse than it looks, if you can believe that. On the positive side, the girl in there was nice đ€·. I think we can all agree that Subway is NOT an awesome sandwich shop. Not at all. But at least they can manage a hot sub that can be picked up with something other than a fork or spoon and has a teeny tiny bit of esthetic appeal to it. You can do better jrecks... I hope.

Was from out of town on business and in mood for a sub for din, cuz guys like me like subs, so gave this place a try and glad I did. Ordered chicken salad and delicious and hit the spot. Fresh ingredients. Canât understand the negative reviews. Nice clean place with plenty of booths. Would come again if ever back in town.

Absolutely the worst service I have had at any Jreck or any sandwich shop I've ever been to. 12 people in line, 3 people working and 2 of them are just watching the one poor guy make all the sandwiches. How about help the guy out and do something?!

They don't have plain olive oil to put on your sandwich, no matter how many times you ask to get it in, they won't get it sucks!!

I ordered a whole capicola on white with provolone cheese Russian lettuce tomato and oil and when I received the order back at my place a friend picked it up there was no rushing on it the sub itself looked like it was thrown together it is horrible I took a bite in the salad is like days old
I called the Canton store and they said well I have the Order right here and it doesn't say anywhere about Russian dressing I was like I was right next to her when she placed the order and yes she did say it Period and then he's like well we'll put your name so the next time you come you can get a free sub do you really think I want to order from there again I'm so disgusted. Then he goes well you can come back in and we'll give you a little container of it

The food used to be AMAZING from here. Theyâve changed most of their fried food now, so none of itâs as good as it used to be. Itâs edible, but not the best. Theyâve changed most of their soup as well, it seems to be watery and thereâs not as much âstuffâ in the soup. Their subs have not changed, thank goodness!! Their subs are REALLY good!! The atmosphere in there is typically nice and quiet, almost too quiet, but itâs still a good place to go with the family. The employees are fairly decent, seems to be college kids that work there. This Jrecks used to be my go to place, but now that things have changed, not so much anymore. I used to be able to get my sub in a bowl (because I canât eat bread), the employees even stated they still do this when I went there last, but after I paid, I found out otherwise. They will make the sub in a bowl, but youâre being charged for the full price even though youâre not getting the same product! Any of the other Jrecks I go to do not charge me for what I donât get, apparently not Canton anymore though.
Update: just spent a half hour trying to do an online order just to be told they had to stop their online orders, try again. I tried to call 6 times, got a weird beep twice, and the 6th call someone has taken the phone off the hook. I was attempting to call prior to submitting the online order because deep fried cauliflower and no soup selection is visible online and I was wondering if I could add this to the order. It states on Jrecks website and online with Google that they are open. This is extremely frustrating.

This place is a sham. Rolls are either dry and flakey or theyâre pure white and stink of yeast. The last straw comes now that they cross contaminate the lettuce it may or may not have onions mixed with it. Subway although not even comparable to how jrecks used to be is now the only choice for a sub in canton. Waste of money and time
Reasonable but slightly high prices for food that was not very tasty. The pizza sub was over 10 dollars and was not good at all. The cheese steak was a bit better but still not very good. I would not go back.

I looked up jrecks and selected delivery. I ordered and got a text that it would be here around 6:20. At 6:40 it wasn't here so I called. They said they had an order for pick up. I said no, it's delivery. They said it must be thru fetched. I said no, I ordered on the website. The workers were useless. For some reason it went thru fetched and the guy was over 30 mins late picking it up. The employee from jrecks said maybe I was out of range for jrecks delivery and that is why it probably went to fetched. I said, doubtful. I live right in the village by the sheriff's department. Oh and some customer service they have. They didn't even offer to deliver it. They just kept saying idk, idk. A lady from fetched ended up calling me. When the order finally came, it was cold. Terrible customer service.

The cumoster service was HORRIBLE, I had ordered two subs and received a completely different order. At this time I did not have access to a car so I requested delivery upon finding out my subs were messed up I had called to see if they could deliver the food that I specifically ordered they told me that would be more work for them, I simply said then don't mess it up the first time! Elias took my phone number and I will be calling the head manager on Monday. So terrible customer service is like this!
