Outstanding Catering Experience – Thank You, Little Italy Canton!
We recently celebrated our daughter’s high school graduation this past June, and we had the pleasure of having Little Italy Canton cater the event. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional.
We began planning back in December with Jessica and her incredible team. From the very first meeting, Jessica took the time to walk us through each dish, offering thoughtful suggestions on what would work best for our event. Her knowledge and professionalism were immediately evident, and we felt confident we were in great hands.
The food was a hit! We started off with a “Wing Bar” for appetizers, followed by a delicious main course spread, and later in the evening, ten pizzas were brought out for a late-night snack—which turned out to be a huge success with our guests! Every dish was exactly as promised—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
Jessica’s attention to detail was beyond reproach. Her team arrived on time, helped with setup, and ensured everything ran smoothly. What stood out most was the consistency—her original quote from our first meeting stayed the same right through to the day of the party, with no hidden fees or last-minute surprises.
We received so many compliments from our guests about the food and the overall presentation. Without a doubt, Little Italy Canton played a big role in making our celebration memorable.
Thank you, Jessica and your amazing staff—you did a fantastic job, and we truly appreciate it!

The service was outstanding! Made me soup from scratch on a day they didn’t have soup already made simply because I was sick. Also threw in some honey and bread rolls for free and were overall incredibly friendly and helpful! Thanks so much to everyone working there and I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I saw someone’s review on here that got little Italy to cater their wedding.. my husband and I did the same thing but LUCKILY did not pay the deposit. We asked for a breakdown for the prices(just like this other couple) and was told that it was a pain. The prices didn’t match their menu prices what so ever. We decided to do go with sergis which they were providing much more food with a way cheaper cost. (Plus sergis is amazing). With sergis- They delivered it hot and delicious- people raved about their meatballs. Whenever I visit sergis now, I’m greeted so kindly despite how insanely busy they are. Sergis understands customer service where little Italy clearly doesn’t understand how they treat customers, will come back to them AND people will hear about it and not want to go.
I was even told by the owner I “ruined their whole family vacation” because the weekend of my wedding was the weekend that they usually go. It was a horrible experience to the point I was scared to ever walk into their restaurant again

Canton Little Italy:
My best friend hired this business to cater their wedding in August 2025. They began planning in December 2024 with this venue. The deposit required was 50%, but they paid 90% upfront to finalize plans.
A month before the wedding, they reached out to confirm details and received no response. When the owner finally replied, she stated she was “busy” and later added unexpected charges for delivery and setup — costs that were not disclosed in the original quote. Understandably, this caused stress for the couple, who had already budgeted based on the original agreement.
When they asked for a breakdown of what had already been paid for, the owner responded rudely, saying it would take her “hours” to prepare and refused to provide clear answers. When the groom attempted to resolve the matter in person, the owner raised her voice, used inappropriate language, and refused to offer either a compromise or refund. She also told them it was “on them” to figure out how to get the food on their wedding day if they did not want to pay the additional fees.
On the day of the wedding, my husband volunteered to pick up the food so the couple wouldn’t have to worry. Despite paying the remaining balance plus gratuity, he was left to load 10 pizzas and 12 trays of food by himself, without assistance — as the owner and staff would not even have the decency to hold the door open.
The food was delivered and had to be warmed up before it was even served at the venue. Thankfully, the wedding crew pulled this off for the newlyweds!
This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and deeply disappointing, especially for such an important occasion. I cannot recommend this business for catering, events, or even casual dining. Transparency, professionalism, and basic courtesy should be the standard, especially in hospitality — unfortunately, this establishment showed none of these qualities.
While I love to support local, choose yourself a business that is professional and has the compassion to work with you, one that is respectful and honest!

10 out of 10. Took the family there after a softball game on 6/17/2025. We ordered a dozen garlic knots (of course), I had a stromboli roll, the wife had the wild mushroom fettuccine alfredo and a 1/2 chicken parm sub (she had leftovers for the next day's lunch), our youngest had a slice of peperoni pizza and our bonus daughter had the basil pesto fettuccine alfredo ... everything was amazing. Our waitress (Hailyn) was great! Highly recommend!
Great pizza and wings.

Was a pickup order ,ordered crispy chicken wing, not crispy at all ,crispy mean when you bite into it it go crunch
Never had bad food from here and the customization they cater to is great. Their sweet & sassy wings are also delicious.
The food was terrible and the service was horrible. I don’t recommend going here. They should be out of business for good. No one deserves to go here.. The food stinks like bad Day old bread.
Little Italy is the bomb! Penne alla vodka is consistently delicious. The sweet and sassy sauce is a fun and tasty addition to anything, especially chicken pizza. Vodka sauce is amazing, one of the best i’ve had and makes for a good “chic parm” sandwhich as well. If you’re trying to decide you can’t go wrong with lil italy!

Owner has an onlyfans, would recommend. Pizzas good too.
I love the pizza at Little Italy, reminds me of the pizza I used to get in NY.
Easy to order by phone. Pizza was ready upon my early arrival.
