The person working drive thru taking orders on January 1 2026 was the rudest person I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Ive been here about 5 times and every single time there has been an issue. The fries are always cold. So this time I asked for new ones . She stepped out of my line of sight put then in a different bag and handed me the same fries. I said these arent fresh they are cold . Ms Ella Langley said if it weren't for the wind and I just stared at her in disbelief. I picked up a handful of the fries and said if these were fresh my hand would be burnt. She said she would put them back in the oil . She did just that. She put the fries I had just had in my hand back in the fryer for about 30 seconds and handed them back to me . This was after the manager put a this window is out of order sign and acting like we were invisible . I will never go here again.

This was by far the worst McDonalds I've ever experienced. If I could give it a 0 that would be too generous. The dining room was barely 50 degrees..freezing in mid December. Took FOREVER to get the food. Burgers cold and fries were overcooked. Gave us no ketchup and when I went to ask for some I was ignored...never got any help..no one even came to register to acknowledge me or anyone else waiting. They seem very overwhelmed with orders and can not keep up. People just piling in waiting for orders. Need more staff or perhaps staff that are competent. Will never return here..waste of my time and money. Corporate needs to intervene here....

Double cheeseburger was cold and patties were burnt/crusty. Chicken nuggets were ice cold, had to microwave them to be able to chew them.

Dirty dining room. Cashier got order wrong. Long wait and then had to go back up 3 times for mistakes in order. Dining room so cold food couldn't stay warm.

Long wait just for them to screw up your order. They run out of regular menu items more than any other fast food place I've ever been to. No sweet and sour sauce is unacceptable. They haven't had the things for a Grinch meal in days. Ask for no pickles? You get pickles. Never coming back. Oh and if you want napkins, forget it.

They need to figure it out I've never seen a McDonalds consistently so slow and honestly terrible. U could get your food and leave quicker at any sit down place in town

Order was one coke and one French fry. It took nearly 20 minutes and the fries were stone cold by the time they finally got put in the window, and this McDonald's has one of the machines that pours the drinks. Lobby is freezing, 50degrees because the heat is turned off. One customer comes in every 5-10 minutes, half of them leave before placing an order because it's 10 minute wait for the staff to stop swearing and come out to the counter, and half of the rest leave because all the meals take at least 15 minutes, no matter how simple. Another man before me said he'd been waiting for half an hour for four nuggets. There's a dozen restaurants in this town that give faster service and better quality for less money.

Waiting 34 minutes for a order as it was just sitting behind the counter, employees are clueless and a younger girl working tonight was dropping food on the counter and has a attitude problem, others would rather have a full conversation instead of getting the food prepared, this was the 3rd time in a row there service sucks and the employees are miserable, don't like your job get another one, can only leave one review, nothing has changed this place is terrible, do you get bonuses for working slower?

I’m really not a guy who writes reviews, so the fact that Im even going out of my way to write this is really really saying something. Nobody expects perfection from McDonalds (at least I don’t) but this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. I’ve came once a week with my Father for the past month because he likes McDonalds a lot. Each & every time I wait some ridiculous amount of time to order & to get my food, then I eat it cold upon arrival & deal with nothing but miserable employees the whole time. This last time I came, I ordered a 6 piece nugget, 2 plain cheeseburgers, & 2 medium fries. 20 minutes I waited at least. AT LEAST. Not to mention I waited in a lobby full of absolutely nobody. That’s ridiculous. I’ve worked at McDonalds before back in the grill. I know what I ordered doesn’t take that much time or effort. I don’t care if it’s busy or not, I’ve never waited 20 minutes for any amount of food I’ve ever ordered from any fast food location

I have never been to a worst McDonald's in my life. It takes at least a half hour to get even a single burger, and half the time it is missing. Never met unfriendlier staff either. Corporate needs to step in and fix whatever is wrong with this location.

Never seen a slower McDonald’s been going there for 3 years and nothing has changed. The food is brutal and you'll be lucky if you get what you ordered.
