Visiting from Plattsburgh for work, ordered through app for drive thru pick up. Was told to go wait at window 3. There’s no window 3. I went to the waiting area to allow more room for others told to wait. Was handed my bag eventually then the girl was rude and turned her back to me walking away saying it is window3 but it’s labeled as window 2. I tried telling her that my order was missing the large m&m McFlurry that I paid for, but she continued walking away, so I’ll need to call the store now and return to grab it.
Well, how would I know the window is labeled wrong.
Plattsburgh is so much nicer and I can’t wait to be back to where people aren’t RUDE

I had the worst experience possible at this Mcdonalds. The worker, Aleah/Aaliyah, I don’t know how to spell it, was absolutely rude and miserable the ENTIRE time. I was going to ask for cleaning supplies for my disgusting table, when I overheard her filling the bag to my EAT IN order, “This isn’t supposed to be in a bag. Not my problem.” I stopped her when she was complaining about having to find my table. I told her it was in the corner and I needed cleaning stuff for my table. Here I am, writing this review, sitting at the table still without the cleanliness of a table, we were missing 3 items from our order, the fries were cold, and two other people were missing items at the exact same time. I would recommend taking the extra few minutes to visit a different Mcdonalds, this one was terrible. I waited 15 minutes minimum for my food and the service was miserable. The environment was terrible.

What can I say it's McDonald's? Sometimes the fries are hot, sometimes they're not. Sometimes they put a pound of sauce, sometimes they don't. I'm trying to hit your miss. Depending on which one you attend, but nobody know you can beat their fries. So check it out. You mean enjoy it?I like that they have special menu items once in a while so I like to check those out.

It takes an extremely long time to get food when ordering inside or in the drive-thru. The last time I was in the drive-thru line it literally took 9 minutes to move one car space. Avoid this place if you are in a hurry.

I was just at this location and waited inside to order food. My husband and son went to the bathroom and I waited for them to come out. But as they went In. I witnessed a young man working the food line Coming out of the bathroom. With his apron still on and his gloves from when he was making sandwiches! He walked right back behind the counter, and I watched his manager look right at him as he went to return to making food! He didn't wash his hands, my husband said. He was in there with food gloves on his hands. I was so disscusted I turned around and wrote this review.

To the MODs, always check the soda fountain for proper carbonation. Always, like i said always, your sodas lack carbonation. Train staff properly base on standards and pay attention to small details. I hope to see an improvement of the food quality serve in this branch, and this includes beverages
I understand fast food can get busy. I was in there with a friend, and he said that they were very rude to him. Didn't think anything of it. When I went to leave, I noticed I didn't have any of the sauce I ordered. I waited patiently at the counter, and when a worker came over, she very rudely asked me, "do you need something?" I was kinda thrown of by her attitude, and it just wasn't a good experiences. Customer services needs to be worked on.

Never know what you’re getting. It’s good one day, and then bad the next. I didn’t order that much the other day, and they had my dasher waiting for over an hour. I was shocked my food wasn’t even that cold. But I don’t appreciate them lying to my dasher and wasting their time. Do better.
