I was just at this location and waited inside to order food. My husband and son went to the bathroom and I waited for them to come out. But as they went In. I witnessed a young man working the food line Coming out of the bathroom. With his apron still on and his gloves from when he was making sandwiches! He walked right back behind the counter, and I watched his manager look right at him as he went to return to making food! He didn't wash his hands, my husband said. He was in there with food gloves on his hands. I was so disscusted I turned around and wrote this review.

To the MODs, always check the soda fountain for proper carbonation. Always, like i said always, your sodas lack carbonation. Train staff properly base on standards and pay attention to small details. I hope to see an improvement of the food quality serve in this branch, and this includes beverages

I understand fast food can get busy. I was in there with a friend, and he said that they were very rude to him. Didn't think anything of it. When I went to leave, I noticed I didn't have any of the sauce I ordered. I waited patiently at the counter, and when a worker came over, she very rudely asked me, "do you need something?" I was kinda thrown of by her attitude, and it just wasn't a good experiences. Customer services needs to be worked on.

Never know what you’re getting. It’s good one day, and then bad the next. I didn’t order that much the other day, and they had my dasher waiting for over an hour. I was shocked my food wasn’t even that cold. But I don’t appreciate them lying to my dasher and wasting their time. Do better.

You guys just suck plane and simple. Multiple bones in my own and roommates foods, y'all take 30 minutes plus and pull us of the Time plates for your own hides. Then you get the food you not only waited 3 business days for but it looks like it was manhandled too. Legit ongoing 4 poblems management fails to fix. Merry Christmas (:

Most of the time is okay. Today they really dropped the ball. They put cheese on a double hamburger. She confirmed at the window that it was a hamburger and I said double hamburger. That’s what it read on the screen. Not a McDouble or anything that has cheese. She didn’t ring up my fries. They said I’d have to go around again to get them. I went to Potsdam to get them. I didn’t get sauce for my nuggets. The only thing they got right was my smoothie and I’m pretty sure it’s the wrong size. Wasted my money on nothing I can eat.

Bought a chicken Big Mac and fries for my son today. (The guy that took my order was very patient with me as I am unfamiliar with your menu.) He really enjoyed his burger and we shared the fries. Hot, fresh, and delicious. Thanks everyone!
