Pizza Hut

Tried again, ordered and paid on line and got there to find out they gave our pizza away. Had to wait 40 minutes for them to make another!(8/18/2025.

A 20 minure wait turned into 40 minutes and the Pizza was cold, very little topping !
Worst pizza ever!

It has been so long since we had Pizza Hut pan pizza (due to ours closing), and it did not disappoint! Our order was ready, staff were friendly, and the pizza was delicious!

Ordered at 4:55 pm waited until 6:30pm, called 3 times after waiting an hour and half for my delivery they finally answered, when answered they told us they have no delivery remind they never called to let us know they have my number, when they picked up they told us to give them 15 mins and food would be done and we could pick it up.

This is the third time, it's strike 3, food is not done in a timely manner. Online ordering did not work can't call the pizza hut to check your online ordering problem. Employee over look food that was done and had to ask multiple people where it was, when it was right there. I was told my order would be done in 15 minutes and I wanted over 40 minutes. As I said above this is strike 3 each time I've been here at the Canton NY pizza hut it has been the same problem every time. If you have 2 + hours to dine in you will enjoy otherwise people shouldnt come here. We live oner more than 1 hours away and this was a little treat for my family and I, come to find out it was more of a headache than a treat.

Second Time I have ordered for delivery on pizzahut.com and both times this location has opted to use doordash to deliver my food and take 2 hours for delivery. I get a notification my food is ready and then it sits there for another hour waiting for a doordash driver to pick it up and when it gets to me finally it's cold and hard. Very disappointed and will be taking my buisness elsewhere

My family got seated and watched the several employees there walk and “work” around our table for 20-25 minutes before we even got cups brought to us. Our waitress (Olivia) only came to our table twice the entire time we were there. When she brought our pizza in a *HOT* pan she sat it in front of our baby. I had to go to the register to ask for ranch and to order a desert to go. We spoke to the manager about our experience and he basically shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. The employees spent more time standing around talking and leaning than they did actually working. The floors were dirty (not just the average winter salt type of dirty either) with soiled napkins and crumbs. My toddler found a Halloween coloring page in our booth… 4 days before Christmas? Disgusting.
This is unfortunately not the first bad experience I’ve had at this location.

The food took a while. We usually get breadsticks first and we got our boneless wings. Then breadsticks came shortly before we got our pizza.

ALWAYS ruin the cinnamon sticks with inconsistent spread cinnamon - sometimes just piled on lazily and have recently been giving the wrong icing. They also frequently forget to give you items in the drive thru, causing inconvenience as we have to return.

Nicely redecorated Pizza Hut. I didn’t know they were building new ones but saw two up in Northern New York. Like the new feel with the tvs and seating
