I love Pizza Hut, I don't have one nearby, so it's a treat to go...
We did lunch, food was good, hot, and tasty.

Second Time I have ordered for delivery on pizzahut.com and both times this location has opted to use doordash to deliver my food and take 2 hours for delivery. I get a notification my food is ready and then it sits there for another hour waiting for a doordash driver to pick it up and when it gets to me finally it's cold and hard. Very disappointed and will be taking my buisness elsewhere

My family got seated and watched the several employees there walk and “work” around our table for 20-25 minutes before we even got cups brought to us. Our waitress (Olivia) only came to our table twice the entire time we were there. When she brought our pizza in a *HOT* pan she sat it in front of our baby. I had to go to the register to ask for ranch and to order a desert to go. We spoke to the manager about our experience and he basically shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. The employees spent more time standing around talking and leaning than they did actually working. The floors were dirty (not just the average winter salt type of dirty either) with soiled napkins and crumbs. My toddler found a Halloween coloring page in our booth… 4 days before Christmas? Disgusting.
This is unfortunately not the first bad experience I’ve had at this location.

The food took a while. We usually get breadsticks first and we got our boneless wings. Then breadsticks came shortly before we got our pizza.

ALWAYS ruin the cinnamon sticks with inconsistent spread cinnamon - sometimes just piled on lazily and have recently been giving the wrong icing. They also frequently forget to give you items in the drive thru, causing inconvenience as we have to return.

Nicely redecorated Pizza Hut. I didn’t know they were building new ones but saw two up in Northern New York. Like the new feel with the tvs and seating

DO NOT GO HERE. FOOD POISONING FROM A VEGGIE PIZZA. Breadsticks were super stale. Many mosquitoes everywhere.

I called ahead and ordered for pick up…I stood at the counter for eight minutes before someone even greeted me …and that was only because I asked if anyone was working…five different people walked past me, saw me and just ignored me…if my daughter and I weren’t so hungry I would’ve just left and gone somewhere else…one of the five people that ignored me was an older woman who I think was the manager…awful service…next time I’m in town picking my daughter up from college we will go somewhere else

The employees were more worried about cleaning instead of service. Because the person who walked back, and forth staring at me finally checked me out, then gave me a large piece of rubber instead of a pizza that some lazy employee made with little effort.

I ordered doordash from here and they took over an hour to deliver it. When it came, it was cold and hard and my chicken wings was missing from my order. I’m so annoyed. Never ordering from here again.

Ordered a dinner box with two medium pizzas, spicy garlic boneless wings, cheese bread sticks, and then a large pepperoni for takeout. Boneless and cheese bread sticks in the box were good, but the pizzas were just ok. One pizza was really under baked and the other had like no topping/cheese on the edges, like half of the slice was without anything. The pepperoni pizza was under sauced, under cheeses, and over baked. Good amount of pepperoni though.
