I placed a online order to another place by accident and they fixed it immediately. I would definitely come here again!

Decent food, but $27 for a medium pizza and 2 sodas is a bit steep. It’s the only pizza place open on a Sunday around here, though.

Didn't get waited on and I do realize it's busy now but they completely ignored us and waited on the guy that came in after us

Tried again, ordered and paid on line and got there to find out they gave our pizza away. Had to wait 40 minutes for them to make another!(8/18/2025.

A 20 minure wait turned into 40 minutes and the Pizza was cold, very little topping !
Worst pizza ever!

It has been so long since we had Pizza Hut pan pizza (due to ours closing), and it did not disappoint! Our order was ready, staff were friendly, and the pizza was delicious!

Ordered at 4:55 pm waited until 6:30pm, called 3 times after waiting an hour and half for my delivery they finally answered, when answered they told us they have no delivery remind they never called to let us know they have my number, when they picked up they told us to give them 15 mins and food would be done and we could pick it up.

This is the third time, it's strike 3, food is not done in a timely manner. Online ordering did not work can't call the pizza hut to check your online ordering problem. Employee over look food that was done and had to ask multiple people where it was, when it was right there. I was told my order would be done in 15 minutes and I wanted over 40 minutes. As I said above this is strike 3 each time I've been here at the Canton NY pizza hut it has been the same problem every time. If you have 2 + hours to dine in you will enjoy otherwise people shouldnt come here. We live oner more than 1 hours away and this was a little treat for my family and I, come to find out it was more of a headache than a treat.

I love Pizza Hut, I don't have one nearby, so it's a treat to go...
We did lunch, food was good, hot, and tasty.
