The last two times I’ve been to this Tim Hortons this week I’ve had to wait for a few minutes and had to say “hello” to be helped at the drive through. Just go to Dunkin, at least they greet you. “Hi what can I get for you” maybe some real service??? ☕️

They are insanely slow. Took 45 minutes to get through the drive thru. Then we we finally did, everything was ice cold. We ordered hot food and drinks. My avocado toast was also upside down in the bag. Worst service I’ve ever had. Not impressed.

I'm sorry, I don't have great expectations from any Tim's, but I ordered a toasted plain bagel with butter and plain cream cheese with a coffee with a splash of cream.
I received a cinnamon raisins bagel... With GARLIC cream cheese. The coffee was more a cup of cream with a splash of coffee.

Unfortunately, I saw all that after we drove through the borders, so they didn't have the chance to correct their mistake.

I get that training new employees is tough, but this place is *slow* slow. Took over fifteen minutes just to punch in a pretty typical order, the supervisor himself had to fix it, and even then it was still screwed up! We ended up paying more for extra coffee no one could actually drink! In the future, I would really recommend streamlining things, because every step of the way seemed to lack common sense. Not worth the effort.

Just asked if I could get 2 espresso shots in a large cup of ice. I was given a medium soda cup. I asked if I could get a large cup and was spoken to like I was stupid. After telling me that they don't think they can do that I was charge more money for the girl to pour it into a large drink cup AND THEN FILL IT THE REST OF THE WAY WITH WATER!!!! How do you mess up 2 shots of espresso in a cup of ice this badly. Terrible service will not be going there again.

It's a Tim's. Accuracy of mobile orders is all over the place, otherwise it is exactly what you would expect.

The problem is every time myself or people I know order from that location They are constantly slow… mobile orders are never ready. and almost seems like there’s always just one person working. Been a problem since they opened. No wonder they’re never busy like Dunkin. Service needs to improve.

Not all Timmy’s are created equal. Massena and Potsdam store put the canton store to shame . Limited menu selection including no farmers wraps! Workers seemed impatient and a manager disciplined a worker about a mistake loud enough for me to hear by the front counter.

Ordered a hot coffee, got something lukewarm. No, I didn't ask for a do over because I didn't have time. Staff was pleasant and well mannered though.
