Ordered pizzas today and was greeted with an unhappy person on the phone. Was told it would be 15 mins ( called at 4:43) for my father to get there and stand for 20 minutes when he arrived there around 5:40 and isn’t leaving till now 6pm. Stinks because the food there is good and generally we have nice people that answer and help us. I understand having a hard day but that doesn’t mean you bring that behavior to work or even release it onto customers. I pray that lady has a better evening 💕

On this visit, I had a small, deluxe pizza. Generous portions of toppings including cheese. It was delicious. Table service was very good. Prices were average. My visit was mid-afternoon so it was a calm, quiet dining room.

After trying to reach an owner, I find the rude woman that hangs up on me claims to be the owner. Low class. Hung up on three attempts to order a pizza. I was told that I needed to pay a two dollar fee for ordering. I'd rather drive to Alexander Bay!!! Bad experience, no more orders!

🚩🚩🚩Longtime visitor to Snug and live in the spots next to it. We are all really disappointed. Ordered 2 pizzas on 7/3 and we’re super disappointed in the quality. Definitely not completely cooked and not as flavorful as they used to be. But when we just visited, we went to grab a few beers and play quick draw.. it was SO WARM inside - you couldn’t eat/hangout inside. So we went to the porch to hang and grab a beer. We waited for a table to open up and snagged one (which has been the normal protocol) and were told that it’s reservations only. Since when?!?! It’s always been first come, first serve on the porch! Especially during music. The pregnant waitress told us ‘these are reserved and we have a long line’ - we stood around a while and NOBODY EVER SHOWED UP TO THE ‘RESERVED LONG LINE’ table. Ridiculous, place is going down hill. We won’t be back anytime soon unless something changes.

Love the outdoor dining experience sitting by the water. Food is usually good. At times they have live music.

Cute and food was good, they were understaffed with only 1 waitress, no military discount, up charge for sauce/ranch when you order wings…and slightly overpriced imo…overall it was good but probably wouldn’t visit again

This year we became summer residents nearby. Snug Harbor became our go to place for dining and drinks with friends. The service was always friendly and efficient and there are a few items on the menu that I keep going back to (pizza, fish fry and wings). Drink prices are excellent. And a bonus ... they are open year round!

$12 in extra fees on a take out order. Actual prices don’t match online menu. Food is decent but definitely wild to pay all this extra money for some extra doughy pizza and wings to take home.

Food was good, went on a tues, apparently they have Bingo that night so it was very busy. Waitresses were moving. A little slow on refilling drinks or getting silverware but food came out pretty quick.
