Not all the food is amazing, but for the most part, the food is delicious. The staff works very hard there and they are always so kind. I see them put up with a lot of out of line customers, and they handle it always with grace and patience. I like this place. What I would change is clearer signage for ordering, waiting, paying etc., there's always a lot confusion where to stand. So better signs, or a taped floor, something.

Cream cheese bagel with lettuce, tomato, onion + a small coffee ran me $13. Probably would not come back as I didn’t really enjoy it and found myself scraping off the loads of cream cheese with my super toasted bagel. Coffee was fine.

I was on vacation, went to this place and it was Terrible. Ladie behind the counter had a bad attitude.food was nasty, no flavor. Price was ridiculous.
There are definitely better bagel places in the area. Stay away.

Stale butter bagel for almost $5 lol, a joke. They are definitely saving yesterdays bagels to be sold for the next day, it's obvious in the taste.

Needs to brush up on their customer service skills. Not happy about the incident that occurred on May 23rd at about 2:20.

Bagel is overpriced 5.60$ plus 3% charge for just a plain bagel like I understand time is tough but I promise you I can get a bacon egg and cheese for that price and that with egg being a top commodity

I stumbled upon this bagel spot while trying to find a new go-to in the area—still getting my bearings since I just started working nearby. A quick Google search led me here, and I’m glad I checked it out!

The inside was clean and had a decent amount of space, which is always a plus. The staff was super friendly and immediately greeted me. They were also patient and understanding since it was my first time visiting. They let me know it’s a kosher restaurant, which means no meat on the menu—definitely a bit of a letdown since I had my heart set on a bacon, egg, and cheese.

I decided to switch gears and ordered an egg bagel with cheese and black pepper. I’ll admit, it was a good bagel—fresh, flavorful, and nicely toasted. But I couldn’t help but miss that extra savory punch from some meat.

Would I come back? Maybe, but only if I was craving a simple butter bagel or another egg and cheese fix. It’s a solid spot for what it is, but meat lovers might feel like something’s missing. Still, worth checking out if you’re in the area!

Gonna give a real simple review here.

I ordered a corn muffin, potato peroegi and a piece of fried eggplant.

The corn muffin was fried and hard. (Couldn't finish it)

Eggplant tastes like soap and has a strong freezer taste. ( One bite and tossed it)

Peroegi was average.

Food was a little pricey especially for the quality.

Overall 4.5/10

I grew up with great bagels from Pop's Bagels in the Peninsula Shopping Center in Hewlett so I'm spoiled. Bagel Boss of Carle Place is not a great bagel. Their everything bagel wasn't hot or even warm and it was soft with little texture no poppy seeds garlic or onion just an abundance of sesame seeds and salt. Cream cheese here is very tasty but bagel has no crisp just mushy and at these prices I won't be back. Even Starbucks and Paris Baguette have a better bagel....

Great fast service and Coffee was good but $10 for a bagel with cream cheese and coffee should blow your socks off. Not here....

Went in for a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. To my surprise, your establishment is kosher Only ask me how I know that ??? one of your employees got testy with me because I asked for bacon, nowhere on the outside. Does it say kosher, only so? Maybe you should train your staff to be a little more understanding when people walk in and don't know what your place really is. First and last time I'll be here

It’s very hot in there. Workers are sweating. The prices there are just outrageous. I paid almost $5 for a hard dry muffin. I got lox’s on a bagel with cream cheese and it was almost $20. That’s just absurd! I understand lox’s is expensive but it’s not like this at other places. I usually pay $13. The bottled drinks are even expensive too. Very disappointed with this bagel boss. Will definitely not be coming back.
