Disappointing. $11 for a bfast special. Under $8 elsewhere. It’s not easy to be kosher, so I’m grateful for the location. Minimal selections. No fresh daily lunches. Food is bland. The utensils are the Cheapest of the cheapest. Make you think what they use for ingredients. Only good thing about this place is that’s its kosher and its location. The staff is pleasant. Goto any other BB’s. It’s easy to appreciate the difference.

The counter employees are extremely nice. The menu changed with the new owner and everything is extra charge. The breakfast wrap use to come with a side of coffee, not anymore that’s extra. The tuna salad use to come with a side pickle, that’s extra now. Everything got more expensive, and you’re getting less now. I paid$30 for a breakfast wrap, soup and coffee.

The place is pretty (but kinda small) and the staff is nice but it’s definitely not what it used to be. I went in this morning and there were only 3 different kinds of bagels to choose from and all the bins looked barely full, making me think it’s not busy at all as it was only 10:30am. Most importantly the bagel just tasted so bad and off that I didn’t want to eat it. This was my second time back here since they reopened and I was hoping the first experience was just an off day but the food was terrible this time too. It’s really sad to see nobody in the store and that the food declined so much when there used to be a line out the door every morning at this place with the original store.

Unpleasant Experience Due to Hidden Fees.Even a simple request like slicing a plain bagel incurs an additional charge. Slicing a bagel really???? It's disheartening to feel nickel-and-dimed for every little thing. Unfortunately, this hidden fee policy has made me reconsider returning. Be cautious and best of luck if you decide to visit.I used to love this place, especially since the reopening, but recently, I've noticed an abundance of unexpected fees. Who knows you might get charged for sitting down to eat your bagel.

Was shopping with my wife in the area. Came across Bagel Boss. Looked so pretty from the outside. The place is immaculate. Customer service is stellar. And the food is delicious. You can sit and relax. Will recommend to our friends. Definitely come back. Great experience!!!

I recently visited this location and I love what they’ve done with the place. I had my go-to order of an everything bagel with cream cheese and it was excellent. The staff here is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience. I will definitely be back!

I was thrilled to see that this was opening. I went in yesterday and was so disappointed. The simple order of a buttered sesame bagel and small coffee was seemingly too much for the multitude of people behind the counter. How is a bagel stale and uncooked at the same time? Hope you get your act together.

The service and food are always amazing but the employees are even better! They are all so nice and friendly and it’s always a great atmosphere inside the store. There bagels are also outstanding!

This is a reviews for the new Carle Place Bagel Boss. After waiting we'll over a year for the new Bagel Boss to open, was I disappointed. First, the prices are off the chart. Bagels are $2.07 each, which is significantly higher than any Bagel Store in Long Island. Secondly, I ordered Lox & scallion cream cheese spread, and you would need a magnifying glass to find any lox. All in all there prices for all items are significantly higher than any competitors. The one redeeming feature is the help seemed very nice.
