Delicious soft served ice cream, but so overpriced. Also, the peanut topping tasted stale (not good).

Closed the store an hour before listed time online. There was an Asian lady and 3 other employees that turned away 19 customers (was told by another customer who was waiting outside and upset). Store’s machines were working and as the store closed the employees walked away with multiple soft served ice cream cones. I get it, some days are harder especially on corporate promotion days but that doesn’t allow you to mistreat and lie to your customers nor does it give you authority to close the store early at your convenience.

I couldn't enjoy the banana ice cream, they should always have the most visible product.

Been giving this place a shot multiple times over the past two years. The service isn't rude but it certainly isn't warm. The ice cream is great if you could get past the high prices and unusual discrepancies in prices that other customers have shared in reviews here. Really wished they would turn things around but it hasn't gotten better. Personally I won't be revisiting this location for awhile if at all.

I bought a cake here yesterday for my daughter's birthday party today. It was a smiley emoji shaped ice cream cake that was pretty small yet somehow I still ended up paying like $40 for it which is a bit much. But it got worse when I cut the cake, literally half the cake was EMPTY! It was supposed to be vanilla ice cream with a layer of those crunchy chocolate pieces and a layer of chocolate ice cream on the bottom. Literally the entire top part was empty.. it was like a giant hole where the vanilla ice cream was supposed to be. How does this even happen???

Wanted to celebrate our son's championship win with a last minute cake and Tina at Carvel came through. :) She happily helped decorate the cake and it made for a perfect dessert after dinner.

This location is good and has some kind people but they close early constantly. Frequently low on stock as well. But yeah, not a location you can depend on at the last minute.

$10 for TWO cups of crunchies! Absolute price gouging. Plus, the store was extremely dim at night with most lights off and not working. I would not return. Stopped here for convenience, never again. Crunchies cost $2 less per cup at most other locations. Don’t even want to know how much the ice cream is.

This is still the best soft serve ice cream of all time.

Take your receipts people! I bought a medium cake for $32, to celebrate my aunt who had just purchased a house. I paid by credit card, declined the receipt and walked out of the store.

A few days later, I checked my credit card and realized I had been overcharged by $19. I called the store to explain that I had bought a cake for $32 but was charged $51 inadvertently. The person answering the phone told me they would check the cameras and call me back. She called me back quickly and said they couldn’t check the cameras but what I said wasn’t possible because the $52 receipt showed 3 different items. I explained to her that I would be happy to email over a time stamped picture of the cake. After the woman basically called me a liar and said she would have the owner call me. A few days went by and I never got a call, I followed up a couple of times demanding to speak to the owner. The woman eventually said again I was wrong but she said that the owner offered to refund me for the entire $52 as he “didn’t want any trouble.” I explained to the woman that I only wanted to be refunded for the $19 difference as I did indeed purchase the $32 cake. I demanded for the owner to call me but he never did.

Carvel is Carvel I get it. This place changed hands a few years back and new owners don't give two damns. If you want to cater to a small neighborhood then at least respect their time on your busiest night of Wednesday when any Carvel fan knows it's BOGO on sundaes (minus the toppings of course that this outlet is more than happy to charge for). To have one employee on your busiest night outside of weekends is just totally out of pocket. I wish the place would be sold again to someone that respects the community or cares the least iota about how to manage a business. Terrible terrible service. (Ps- you can get Carvel anywhere you do not have to exclusively use this one. #lifehack)
