Arrived at noon for lunch. Business is closed and has paper up on the walls. Don’t waste your time folks!!
It was closed. Wednesday 1:15pm. Google says it’s open til 9pm. But it’s under construction. Call before you come and make sure they’re open.

On Sunday evening, I went onto the Chimichurri Charcoal Kitchen website to place an order for our family dinner. I ordered the food a 5:15 PM(almost $200.00) and proceeded to pay online. It offered delivery, so I chose to have the food sent. It promised to deliver by 5:55PM at the latest. By 6:00PM, concerned I called the store, and I was informed that the order was delivered. And they hung up. I called back to inform that the order was NOT received. And the woman at the restaurant said for me to call Uber Eats. I informed her that I placed the order directly to the store on the stores website. She basically told me, its not their problem and I should resolve it with Uber Eats. She went on to say, that its a big problem because the Uber Eats drivers love their food, and steal the orders. And again she hung up. Each time I tried to call back, I was disconnected. I finally got through and told her Uber Eats cant help me without the order number. She told me, tell them to use your name for the order. For the next 2 1/2 hours, I kept calling Uber Eats and the store demanding a refund, and each of them told me, its the others fault. The drivers who took the food name was "Carl", and she had no other information about him, but it does happen a lot with Uber Eats pick ups. I asked for the manager and demanded he refund my $200.00 including the tip the driver added to my bill and the store manager, Bayron refused! I told him I would be notified my card holder, and I would write reviews about the lack of service and concern for their customers. His response, "Do whatever you have to do". He never offered any help. This restaurant has no regard for their customers or the fact that they promote UBer Eats on their website, knowing that these drivers will steal the food. Needless to say, we wont be ordering food from them again!

Just ordered a whole chicken which comes with 2 sides, also ordered 20 wings, rice bowl and I paid for an extra side of corn. I asked if everything was in the bag and they said yes.when I got home i'm missing my 2 sides.
I tried calling 4 times and nobody picks up. this was my 1st time and will be my last! You can't get my order correct after spending $97, you don't deserve my business!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!!
On my last visit here I had a very bad experience with the person who was in charge of taking orders. When I was placing my orders, I asked the gentleman if it was possible, not to mix my mashed potatoes with my chicken pieces, you flatly refused and stated that he cannot do that. After I received my orders, I asked for an extra paper plate, again he flatly refused and said they do not give out extra plates. Fortunately few minutes later he was gone and I asked the young lady who had replace them for an extra small plate, she was so nice about it and right away she gave me two plates. I'm sure it was not the store policy not to give out extra plate, it was just a behavior and bad attitude of the gentleman who was in charge and he thought he was really somebody. It was a very bad experience and I was upset. The food is not bad but the attitude of some of the personnel is unbelievable. I believe that the store management should teach these people how to react and how to act act when they are face-to-face with customers. The two-star rating which I gave for service is only because of the contact conduct of the young lady who served me afterwards.
