Could just be my bad luck but it seemed to me that it was just favoritism at its finest. Went on a Saturday evening when it wasn’t full at all no line ahead of me or behind me just wanted white rice and they didn’t have at the moment but for the people in front of us with 2 kids they had no issue just hopping over the counter and grabbing from the to go section and grabbing heaping spoonfuls . When it came to my turn the man at the counter said they didn’t have rice and was 30 minute wait. I had just taken my quesadilla that they only make online for whatever reason and moved on. I understand rules are a thing but when there’s a line and you don’t have a certain something it’s not fair to just accommodate one customer and not the rest.
Will be avoiding this location from now on, customer service matters!!

My sister and parents bought food from here recently and it was about as good as any other Chipotle we've ordered from. However, when my sister's card got bounced due to it being a payment from somewhere that's not close to where we normally live (we were helping her move into an apartment from out of state), the manager was gracious enough to cover the cost for her...for an order that was not insignificant (5 bowls). Big props for that alone.

If I could give a minus 20 stars I would do it. For the 15th time my order arrived late and wrong with a bunch of missing items. No more of this place for me. Stay away.

Constantly runs out of steak. Always a 25 minute wait. The young man serving looks disgruntled and dissatisfied and should NOT be serving customers. Very bad attitude, needs some customer service training. Time of service approx 7:52pm 7/10/2025.

I normally don’t write reviews unless it’s a positive one, but this was my worst experience here and felt it was worth noting. I came on a Tuesday evening with my husband. This location is within walking distance from our place, so it’s convenient. They said they didn’t have steak. I asked how long it would be for it and they said they didn’t have any. Didn’t tell me they were out or were going to have some soon. In fact they seem bothered I asked. That was only one day. Every other time we come here, no matter what time of day it is, there’s always trash overflowing from the garbage areas and crumbs and food all over the tables and floor. We will be traveling out of our way to go to a better location from now on.

Went in after running errands. The male server with the glasses and straight black hair seemed upset and was very rude while taking orders. I almost felt like it was my first time at chipotle the way he had a snarky comment after every choice. His attitude def undermined how genuine his other coworkers were. I was so taken aback I forgot my lettuce, and there was no cheese. Waste of money.

Also, last time I was here the cc machine was down… they had already made my bowl but since I didn’t have cash they just threw it away….

Unfortunately today was the day, that my family won’t be returning to this chipotle. The restaurant was very filthy. The floors were scattered with garbage. The servicing counter was covered with leftover food, it just kept piling up. The soda machine was not working properly. We asked if they could fix it and the guys seemed very bothered. We asked if they could just exchange it to a bottle soda and they gave us a harder time. The lemonade station was empty as well. My husband and son had to use the restroom and once they walked in they saw a dead cockroach and another one running away. What an unfortunate and disgusting evening.

Workers side eye and roll their eyes when asking for more VEGGIES. Absolute terrible service and customer appreciation, they also skip out on the portions. Just go to the one in the mall instead

This has to be my worse experience at chipotle. Ordered food on the app, got there 10 mins after it should have been ready and still had to wait. Drove back to work, food in the bag was for Joe not Jason, assume they may have mislabeled, no was wrong food. Drove another 15 mins back to get rectified, instead of acknowledging, apologizing and replacing my order, the manager was unapologetic, deflected, blamed the rep. She could care less about my 30 mins round trip or my experience. When asked about the experience she said “what you want some free chips?” I will be taking my business elsewhere and will let friends and colleagues know about my experience.

Came here to grab dinner twice and the first time they didn’t have any rice and barely any meat. I asked for steak they gave me the half of spoon left of steak and then chicken to make up for the rest BUT still charged me full price for steak! Second time they didn’t have any white rice only brown. Keep in mind this was at 7pm and they close at 11pm…………..Totally unacceptable, won’t be coming to this chipotle anymore.
