Chipotle Mexican Grill

I can believe how far this place has gone down. For Friday night, I have no food and I can’t even sit anywhere in dinning room because chairs were on tables. The two female managers, when inquired just said “okay”. Not to mention that thy were incredibly rude and their music was unfit for this establishment. Please fire everyone

This has got to be the worst chipotle location , everything was cold the flavors were off , bowl was sloppy it doesn’t taste like the other locations . I’d never go back here I’ll stick with Uniondale or Roosevelt field .

This is easily the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Time after time I visit this location and it continues to be a huge disappointment I had no choice to leave a review this time. 8:15pm on a Monday walking in to the crew playing loud music from a Bluetooth speaker, the place looks like someone trashed it. And to make matters worse, as I’m trying to place my order, the crew pulls out cart where the food is and proceedes to sweep the floor in between where the customer and the cart, not to mention carrying the broom and dust pan over the tortillas and salad. When I made a comment to the supervisor that he shouldn’t be sweeping while people are trying to order food, he just nodded his head and went to take the next order as the employee kept sweeping. This is the second time this happened by the way. This chipotle is horrible and needs new management Asap

A good location as of Nov 2024. I've been a few times and the wait wasn't too long, everything was in stock and the food was well portioned. Big improvement over the past when they were understaffed and wait times were crazy. Glad they've figured it out, good option when you're in the area.

Over-priced small burritos. Why are the burritos still so small? I get a three-pointer with double white rice and one order of chicken every time. There are literally 10 tiny pieces of chicken. What happened to the whole complaint on TV about Chipotle cheapening out on the burrito servings? This is overpriced for the cheapest foods on the planet; we are talking about rice, chicken, and tortillas. Are they for real?

Parking: Ample parking, mini-mall like parking lot.

Food is not good, everything is cold and THEY NEVER PUT ENOUGH MEAT in the bowls, food is bland

You can tell they get worked into the ground because I doubt they don't care about their jobs, and the service was at least not bad, just not too good. They didn't give me utensils to eat with, the garbage cans were beyond full, they didn't have certain foods available like white rice, fajitas, & something else, their ice machine was down (that didnt bother me but its on the list of things they didnt have available at the time. I would understand if they were just closing up for the night, but I showed up at 9, and they close at 11. Besides all that, the food was still delicious.

This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. As soon as I walked in, there was water on the floor, making it slippery, with no caution signs or care from the staff. I called the manager, Thomas Adamo, but he didn’t answer, and the staff were rude. The employees were openly complaining to customers about how tired they were from all the work and gave off the impression that they couldn’t understand English well. When I ordered a ‘Burrito’ one of the staff members gestured that He couldn’t understand me and told me to ask another employee to take my order. It felt like he was discriminating against me because I am Asian. How perfectly do I need to pronounce ‘Burrito’ in the U.S.? Should I just order in Spanish next time so they can understand me? It’s unbelievable that this kind of discrimination is still happening in New York. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle.

my rice was hard, so was my chicken. the guac was freezing cold & so was the cheese. i’ve definitely had better

Guac was fully brown, the rice in my bowl was closer to oatmeal than rice. Actually fully wasted experience

This location is always stingy with the portions. My burrito wasn’t even warm and the soda machine was broken.
