It’s been a number of years since I’ve been to a Denny’s. Generally, the service has been okay. This recent experience, not so much.
Had the t-bone. Very good. Good service clean. Quiet atmosphere
Took my daughter here cause she was hungry and it was right there for us. It took forever to get seated. Once we did, no one came over to take our order for quite a long time.
Service was slow. Pancakes were cold. Waited a long time for a table and while waiting we saw at least 10 people leave the restaurant. Place was understaffed.
The food was Denny’s food. So it gets four stars for the greasy cheesy diet busting American fare you come to expect. But we waited a really long time for a table on a Sunday morning when there were lots of empty tables (I get the “zone” thing). But it was around a 20 minute wait with no real explanation. My parents got pretty upset and wanted to leave, but they stayed, and we were seated right between two loud families. Denny’s. Still, I’d come back in a pinch.
they keep you waiting on line you go up to the staff to tell them your waiting for 25 minutes no one come they give you a look . but the food was good
Service was excellent. The food was good. The ambiance was lacking.This diner like restaurant is open 24 hrs and serves decent food at decent prices.I was surprised by the quality of service we received. Our server was fantastic. Great attitude and great smile.This is my third visit to this location and on each visit I have inquired about the lack of music in the restaurant.Why no music?For a long time, people have enjoyed combining food with music. If you run a hospitality business – no matter whether it is a fine dining restaurant, a hip bar or a cozy café – you know it: music plays a fundamental part in the retail mix.The lack of music cost this establishment 2 stars
Here it is, folks. Probably one of the worst dining experiences I've had in years. The staff was wonderful, but very, very shorthanded. It took over an hour for our food to come out, but out waitress came over three or four times to apologize. Not her fault. Burgers were good, but my steak looked like it had been steamed. No return trip in my future. Sorry Denny's.

We waited to be seated. All the staff did not look friendly. After we were seated, no one came to our table for 20 minutes after watching everyone around us be taken care of. Someone should of taken our drink at least 5min to sitting down and another 5 min to take our order. This is the second time I’ve come here only to try and see if things changed and they haven’t. They need to revamp the whole management and staff or close down.
Watched a cockroach run across the counter where the toaster/ coffee maker is (in front of kitchen window). Servers wear the same gloves touching food and money, cellphone and absolutely everything. Super long nails digging into food etc. I ordered for takeaway and stood there watching all of this for multiple orders, including mine. I lost my appetite and feel nauseous as I write this review. This place needs to shut down. Don’t come here even if you’re starving.
Really rude!!! They look at u and ignore u !! I waited at the door for a employee to come seat me or acknowledge me at least and waited 30 min and then another 25 min for a seat ? never going back worst experience ever
To the actual owners of the Denny's or the corporate office...I have come here over a dozen times in the past couple years at late hours because I thought you would be the best late night good option.I hope you know this, but your staff put homemade 'CLOSED UNTIL 6AM' signs on the doors. What's comical is the entire crew you're paying are either trying to hide to avoid opening the restaurant door, or the kitchen staff just coming & going inside & outside laughing under their breath.This is not once, twice...this is over 12 TIMES!Either fire every single overnight employee or you must not advertise that you are a 24 hour establishment
Last two times I went, it was a wonderful experience. Unfortunately this time around it was not. Waited a long time for the food which guess it's understandable since there were only two workers around 1pm today. Items were missing from our order, I asked for it and they never brought it to me. My daughter was missing her apple juice and they finally gave it to me once I was leaving.... But to top it off, they gave my wife a dirty cup that was obviously used.
