Hi, I don’t work at Domino’s. I don’t buy their pizza. It’s disgusting but anyways I work as a Crossing Guard in front of Domino’s they are absolutely nasty rude obnoxious terrible customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would terrible people very nasty. DONT GO THERE!!!! I’m filing a report with them.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this location. I ordered pizza and a soda. I received a soda that was opened and someone drank from it. I have never had an experience like this from Domino’s. Please see my picture. Unfortunately, I ordered my food before I saw the poor reviews. Please avoid this location at Garden City, NY.

Shady delivery- marked my order as delivered then showed up 15 minutes later. Called store to remove tip from my order and got a whole song and dance how that wasn’t possible. Reported to corporate but unless customers start holding the store accountable they won’t care.

Terrible service. Its one thing to mess up an order, mistakes happen, but it is terrible to not do the right thing after. They mess up an order, I call and they said next time it would be a pizza on the house.
When I do call they say there's no message or notation about it and the store can't do anything about it. What a bad way to run a business.

Horrible service, I got there and they didn't pay attention to me, a lady there seemed to be a bit rude, she leaves you standing and the employees don't serve you, very indifferent, apart from the fact that they charged me too much, I asked for a personal cheese pizza, they charged me as if it were a I also ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and they gave me the wrong one that they wanted with cheese, and they didn't apologize! Horrible place, I will never go back there! And more than that they charge me money, the rest are thieves!
