They need to fire everybody at this place and get a whole new staff like seriously customer service sucks at this location they got my order wrong and had a whole attitude with me and then the delivery guy leaves my food on the floor without calling I wouldn't recommend this place to no one.........Go to another location instead because people like this shouldn't be handling customers food........

This place has really gone down hill. I have been a customer for nearly 40 years...... when Hasan had it- it was great-- now its in the toilet.They have a new GM that is the absolute worst she doesn't know how to talk to people and then wanted to argue with me about the amount of cheese to put on a pizza which they barely put any cheese on it in the first place.Her attitude and treatment of the customer alone makes me never want to come back. I give them a ZERO for quality of food --ZERO for customer service!! That GM is going to destroy this location. We won't stand for that type of service and eventually the sales will decline watch and see.

Literally the worst location this is now the second time a similar situation has happened to me. The driver marked my order as delivered after I see them driving around my complex. If they were lost they could have contacted me for directions. Instead they mark it as delivered and go missing and when you call the store you get put on hold for 15 minutes. The best part is when I finally got through to the girl she tells me "oh your order is still at the store". So WHY WAS HE DRIVING AROUND MY COMPLEX FOR 15 MINUTES? Waited two hours to get two colds pies. Never again. If I could give 0 I would.

I went to pick up my order and I notice workers working without gloves.
This is the second time I order one medium cheese pizza ( which said it would arrive in about 30 minutes) and it shows up after an hour or more time. The dominos app also says the pizza is in quality control for 30 minutes and the driver takes forever. This domino’s has terrible service, when I called to check on my order they hung up and would not pick up my call. I SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND JOT ORDERING FROM HERE EVER!!!!

This Dominos in Westbury/carle place is HORRIBLE. My fiancé ordered two pies in September of this year (2023) and he called the store after one hour of not receiving the food. The rep advised the food was on its way. One hour after the call, no food. My fiancé called again and same rep told him the driver advised he dropped off the food- a total lie. Two hours later and no food. Funny enough, the next day, out of no where, two cold pies were delivered. So pizza was delivered over 24 hours later!!! Fast forward to today, October 15, where the delivery driver called me and told me he could not deliver to my apartment door because "he has other orders to deliver". He said its company policy to not deliver to the customers apartment. So basically his job is to leave at the front door of a building. Good luck at getting your pizza!!! Never will I order again from this dominos. Horrible!!!

This location is TERRIBLE. Do not order from here. I ordered in September on Saturday night. I never received the ordered. Called the store and they argued with me, that it was delivered. I finally received a refund after 20 minutes. Sunday, I walked out of my apartment in the afternoon, and there was cold pizza and warm soda. Clearly, the driver never made the delivery. On 10/15, gave them a second chance. I had to argue with the driver to deliver to my apartment. He didn't want to come up because he has other deliveries. Next complaint is with corporate. This is the worst Domino's franchise ever.

My workplace ordered from this store tonight. Was already very cautious because it had a 2.0 rating on another site, with the most recent review complaining about food poisoning, but I thought it would be ok because I only wanted a single cheese slice. When the food arrived, it looked very odd and was partially burnt. It broke in half very easily and basically fell apart in my hand. After 30-45 minutes, my stomach started to act up, and I spent the next 50 minutes fighting for my life on the toilet. It's been 30 minutes but I feel like the next toilet visit will be soon. Please do not eat here.
