HORRIBLE I had to be at work at 9:40 and I stoped here placed my order online 9:10 got to the store 3 min later and waited for my food got my food at 9:38 almost 30 min waiting for a sausage egg and cheese and bacon get on the road and I’m missing the bacon and my sandwich had a hair called the store and asked for a manger to request a refund and they hung the phone. Terrible location

I wish I could give 0 stars. I always order an iced caramel latte through DoorDash. No matter if I call them before or not to tell them that I want a latte (because they always mess it up), it’s still not a latte that they make. A latte has milk and espresso +/- any flavors. On DoorDash I put that I want a latte, skim milk: with caramel. Instead of a latte, I continuously either get an iced coffee or an iced dunkalatte. Both of which is… NOT A LATTE. This place needs to properly train their staff to make the correct drinks, otherwise… why are they there?! I am just so tired of them messing up a SIMPLE latte at least 5 times now in the past few months. Like what is going on?!

I hate leaving one star reviews, but this was terrible. I ordered a butter pecan cold brew and a french vanilla coffee. They gave me the cold brew w no butter pecan and an iced coffee instead of hot. I asked them to remake the coffee because we wanted it hot and they gave me a worse drink it tasted like they melted all the ice and handed it back without actually remaking it. The order wasnt complicated i’ve been looking forward to coffee all day and this was so bad 😭😭😭

Nashty employees i asked for milkshake they just gave me littbit ice cream and milk like ice coffee they charge me $7 for it like sweet liquid suger i recommended customers should not go this place
Workers need customer service training they are rude and condescending, when ordering a refresher drink I politely asked for water in it no green tea response was yeah yeah yeah ok .got my drink color was a bit different lighter, asked if it had water cause of the difference yes yes it does. Ok leave and take a sip and it's a different flavor than what I wanted . Just not going to go back convenient cause it's a drive thru, but that's the only good thing about it. The dunking on jericho across from northshore farms is much better.

The customer service needs an improvement, in the mornings especially people need quick prompt service to manage the start of the hectic day ahead. If a tea is ordered and when the customer asks simple questions like is the sugar placed in the tea and your reply is no then the customer will need sugar packets and something to stir the sugar in the cup. No one wants to hear that you only have two hands as if some of have three and fours and I was asking if something that you should have for seen is coming in a drive Thur setting. I apologize but I think there is a cultural disconnect with the American daily hustle and bustle to the Dunkin Donut Indian staffing. The individual that served me Vijayaraj has a heavy accent that when asking a question he gave a narcissistic stare as if I was suppose to understand not assisting me to understand rather with a helpful smile he replied he only had two hands and ever so slowly he retrieved the items ask and then I had to ask again when he wanted to give enough supplies for one order when two orders was placed.

Stale donuts, even in the morning. You also have to wait for the ONLY guy to take your order because everyone else doesn't speak or understand English. Seriously? Where's the fresh donuts? That's what Dunkin Donuts was founded on "freshness." Well NOT in this place.
