The customer service needs an improvement, in the mornings especially people need quick prompt service to manage the start of the hectic day ahead. If a tea is ordered and when the customer asks simple questions like is the sugar placed in the tea and your reply is no then the customer will need sugar packets and something to stir the sugar in the cup. No one wants to hear that you only have two hands as if some of have three and fours and I was asking if something that you should have for seen is coming in a drive Thur setting. I apologize but I think there is a cultural disconnect with the American daily hustle and bustle to the Dunkin Donut Indian staffing. The individual that served me Vijayaraj has a heavy accent that when asking a question he gave a narcissistic stare as if I was suppose to understand not assisting me to understand rather with a helpful smile he replied he only had two hands and ever so slowly he retrieved the items ask and then I had to ask again when he wanted to give enough supplies for one order when two orders was placed.

Stale donuts, even in the morning. You also have to wait for the ONLY guy to take your order because everyone else doesn't speak or understand English. Seriously? Where's the fresh donuts? That's what Dunkin Donuts was founded on "freshness." Well NOT in this place.

I found a hair in my egg sandwich I got here the other day. Gross I know. I reported it in hopes of a refund or credit. I received a call later on saying they would accommodate me with coffee if I went into the store the next morning. This morning I went in and was rudely greeted by the manager who reluctantly took the order (just coffee not food obviously) safe to say I will not be coming back to this location. Rude staff and uncleanly food preparation.

The only good thing about this specific location is they make the coffee good here. The bathrooms are disgusting though, and always have pee all over the toilet seat and floors . I’ve attempted to use their restroom several times but had to walk out every time cus of the pee everywhere. It’s like no one checks or cleans the bathrooms , if that was in good shape I’d have given 4 or 5 stars

Called to see if they had a bunny ice cream cake for Easter. The guy said yes. I asked him to hold one for me and he said it's ok. I drove 20 mins to get there and he says they don't have it...but they had some yesterday.. . Bad customer service.

I found this to be an excellent Dunk. Lovely lighting and atmosphere plus the staff was helpful and had a wide ranging knowledge of Dunkins products and history. After ordering, I sat in the sunny couch lounge space and read a chapter of Gogol. 10/10

Terrible dunkin donuts, 9 out of 10 times your order will come either bad or incorrect, I order drive thru 4 times and every time either my chicken crusant stuffer is cold in the core or they sell me normal glazed donuts even though I asked for 10 chocolate glazed donuts. Terrible place to order from, as well as I received my snackin bacon literally half the amount I am supposed to receive. Terrible place to order from. I REPEAT TERRIBLE PLACE TO ORDER FROM.
