Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

They didn't take us in even though we were there before the grace period. They then started to blame us by accusing us to be late. The manager just did not care at all we saw the server speaking to him from a distance and by their body language you could tell we weren't welcomed here. Really crazy for a place with a low rating I would try and get all the business I can.

Food was great! Some meats were a little fatty. Server totally forgot we existed! But some other sweet people jumped in to help. Servers seemed unorganized

I had a wonderful experience at Fogo de Chão! The food and drinks were excellent—everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The staff was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal without ever feeling rushed. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which made the dining experience even better.

Waiters pass by the table even when the green service tab is on meats didn't taste that well and the self serve food area didn't have many options

We had a great time at Fogo de Chao- Long Island. The steak was very filling for its price and they give you a various selection of sides. Service was a little hard to get attention for and to find our server but over all, great for the price

We always look forward to getting together with our friends when we are in town, and this last visit was very disappointing. The service from the servers could definitely be improved.

I have deleted my initial review, which was based on some concerns I had after my visit. Since then, I received a call from Jenny at Fogo de Chão's customer service. She was kind, professional, and took the time to address and resolve everything. I've been a loyal customer for years, and this was the first time I experienced a small issue but thanks to their excellent service, it was handled with care. I truly appreciate the follow-up and will definitely return.
