Iv been to Fogo de Barazil before. Just not here in Virginia. Made a reservation for 9:00pm. Got here at 8:59 and waited for 6 min at the door for anyone to help me but based on my observation, everyone was more concerned on closing up where they were placing tablecloth on the tables (see video).
At 9:06 someone finally came up to me and asked “are you picking up”? I explained I made a reservation for 9:00. She checked her phone thingy to confirm and explained I “could” sit down but then I may feel rushed”. In other words… “We started to close and you will be hindering us from performing that task”. She was polite about it so I’ll give her that.
I opted to let her know that I’ll just leave. She did express sympathy and offered some coupon but I did not accept it. I came there to eat. Not to pick up a coupon. Perhaps the website should not allow reservations at 9:00pm if your their not going to honor it.

I cant speak for the food or the service at this particular location, well, because I was never given the opportunity to experience the full service. Will I back? Probably not based on my experience, however, I figured I already put money for parking so I opted to go across the street where I was welcomed and served no questions asked. I’ll probably end up reviewing this other location as I’m eating at this other location as I type this.

My party did the experience. We had a good time. Shout out to Danny, Fernando and Stanley.

I am sorry to say that on Father’s Day this year I had my worst dining experience ever…
My family and I Go to dinner here about once a month and always enjoy ourselves however, this time was much different. We had a 7 o’clock reservation and did not get seated until 8. I only saw my waitress three times the entire night. The servers completely ignored my table while We had empty plates awaiting more food. After one hour Only four servers came around with food. My Wife was very upset and decided she did Want to dine there any longer so she took the children and went to the car and I waited at the table alone for an additional 15 minutes before someone brought me my bill And the person who did bring me, my Bill was not my waitress.
We left hungry Aside from the chefs, who actually cooked the food the entire staff and management should be ashamed of themselves..
We will never return, and we will encourage our friends not to as well.

Sad to say, but this experience wasn't pleasant. my husband took our family of 5 to eat here as an early Thanksgiving treat, and unfortunately, it was regrettable. The food that came out isn't what we're paying for. we anticipated having a variety of meat options available. but to our surprise, there was only burnt chicken and 3 Brazilian cuts. we had to request the filet mignon, the cheese, and the pork chops because none were provided to us during our stay there. If we're paying for the full experience, why limit guests to mediocre chicken? another issue we face was with the ladies' restroom. you'd think that this place would honestly upkeep the cleanliness in such a pricey restaurant, but no. the bathrooms were filthy and not place for a female! all 3 bathrooms were completely disgusting! we simply didn't enjoy our experience here. the atmosphere was the only thing decent.

Today I visited Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse for Thanksgiving dinner. While the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the food was excellent—especially the flavorful cuts of meat and the well-stocked salad bar—the service left something to be desired.

It was evident that the staff was overwhelmed by the large holiday crowd. Although they were doing their best, the delays in getting our table cleared and the long wait for certain cuts of meat made the experience less enjoyable.

I understand that Thanksgiving is an exceptionally busy time, but I hope the restaurant considers adding more staff or implementing better crowd management for such occasions. I would return on a less busy night to fully enjoy what they have to offer.
