My family and I have gone to this Fogo location many times, so we already know what to expect in terms of service, quality and everything else that goes with being an upscale restaurant. However, with our latest visit during lunch, I'm not sure where things really fell off. But our table and the table next to us, just were absolutely ignored multiple times in terms of Gauchos coming out to bring what most people come for which is the meat. Fortunately, both our tables were patient and gave benefit of the doubt. But only time can be so patient, we would get visits for 1 maybe 2 types of meat every 15 mins (no exaggeration). So the whole 2 maybe 2 1/2 hour experience was pretty much a disaster and we ended up becoming full due to the Market Table which only elevated my displeasure. If there was anything that was a 5 star and/or more, was a Team Member by the name of Marina. I cannot overstate just how high of a level customer service she has, even to say more than the managers who I've spoken to during my moment of displeasure. I would without hesitation vouch for Marina wholeheartedly if she were to be considered for upper level movement. She took care of us when we were down and knew how to handle the situation. So if management is reading this, PLEASE promote her. I don't know if I'll go back to this location, but if I do I hope it's to be with her.

We had to wait a long long time to get served. Many people with meat going around but not coming to our table. Those who did it was always the same cut, has to ask manager to send different people over.

Usually sit at the bar. Very nice staff, good food. Service can be slow at times - and common for the bar to run out of seating - can be a little cramped/noisy. But still worth the visit.

We went recently to Fogo de Chau. This is our third time there, however, this is the first time going on a Friday night. The food and service has always been great, however, last Friday was a disappointment. The place was packed as I would’ve expected, we were seated right outside of the area where the waiters and waitresses kept walking in and out. I don’t know how many people were on that night, but they were very disorganized. At least five people came over to take our order so we had no idea who our server was.We ordered a Tomahawk prime rib, to my surprise the waitress said the salad bar was not included. I said for the price I’m paying it should be included, she came back a few minutes later and said that it is. HUH??I asked for a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon with my steak, if I didn’t say anything when the steak came out, I don’t think I would’ve gotten my glass of wine. Mashed potatoes and Yucca fries came out way before the steak, so they were cold by the time the steak came out.Overall, the steak was good, but not great. I asked for it to be medium rare, it was more medium, and some areas were rarer than others. The steak tips were way over salted. I had to immediately follow up with water just to get rid of that horrible taste.I asked for extra mashed potatoes and yuca fries, they came out at the very very end when we were wrapping up whatever was left. I told the waitress it’s too late now.To compensate, she offered to wrap up the fries and mashed potatoes along with bread. Gee, thank you. She didn’t include the “tail” which had meat on it. I told her to wrap it as well, her comment was “oh you guys have a puppy you want to feed?” WHAT?She also said she was going to place a chocolate cake dessert as complementary in our to go bag. I got the bill and she charged me for it. I immediately called over manager and complained, they took off the chocolate cake from the bill and charged me happy hour price for the wine. What the effing hell went on that night?? She claimed she has been doing this for several years. Where, at McDonald’s?The waitress gave me her business card so I can leave a review. It’s now Tuesday and I’m still contemplating whether I want to say something or not because I’m sure I’ll get her in trouble and I don’t want to do that, however, the business should be aware but then again I’ve seen some businesses that they just don’t care.Eventually will return to this restaurant, however, with this experience, it’s going to be a while and it definitely won’t be on a Friday or Saturday night

We went for happy hour and food was great but I felt that they was severely understaffed. It took a very long time for them to clean off the table and the host had to try to do it herself. We waited a very long time for my son to get a soda. The Burger on the other hand was amazing as was the polenta fries. The only thing we ordered that we did not like was the foie gras. They were very little for and the figs were too sweet and overpowering for the dish. They were also whole which was hard to eat. It would have been better as a light spread.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Fogo de Chao, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly special. Not only did they greet me warmly, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that my birthday celebration was nothing short of spectacular. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff catering to our every need. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the delicious food. The variety and quality of the meats were outstanding, and the salad bar offered a plethora of fresh and flavorful options. Every bite was a culinary delight! What truly stood out to me, though, was the extra effort the team put into making my birthday memorable. From a personalized birthday card to a complimentary dessert, they truly went the extra mile to make me feel appreciated and valued as a guest.Overall, my experience at Fogo de Chao exceeded all expectations. The combination of exceptional food, outstanding service, and thoughtful gestures made for a birthday celebration that I will cherish for years to come. I cannot recommend Fogo de Chao highly enough for anyone looking to indulge in a truly special dining experience.

Update. As someone who has always praised Fogo de Chao, I was eager to celebrate my birthday there with my family. However, I left feeling disappointed and let down.Despite having our meat card turned to green for the entire duration of our visit, the gauchos serving the meat seemed to overlook our table for a good 45 minutes. Located in the back near the window and opposite side of the kitchen, it felt as though we were the last stop on their route. When the meat finally made its way to our table, it was clear that we were receiving the leftover cuts from the inner sections. I had to inquire with our waiter multiple times about the delay, and while he did his best to accommodate us, it seemed there was a disconnect between the kitchen staff and the servers.Adding to the frustration, I couldn't help but notice how quickly they were eager to fill our table with french fries, fried plantains, and cheese bread, almost as if they were attempting to distract us from the delay with these sides. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I'll certainly be hesitant to return in the future. Fogo de Chao, you've got some serious reconsidering to do if you want to maintain your reputation for exceptional service and quality.Previous Review when they first opened.Went to Fogo de Chao for lunch today. Just as I expected, the service and food is the best . The salad bar has many options everything is so fresh, and there is a variety of things for everyone. The meats are delicious the Gauchos that cuts the meat to you go beyond to make you happy. Marcelo one of the main gauchos was very attentive to my family and I, and constantly came by my table to ensure we were happy or if we wanted something else. Congratulations Fogo de Chao on the new opening. I'm looking forward coming back with friends and family.

We had a 5:30 reservation and were seated promptly. We didn't speak to anyone at our table until a manager walked over 12 minutes after we sat to see if a server had visited our table. We placed our order and started with the salad bar. Once we sat, we waited about twenty minutes before any meat for the “experience” came to our table. The first server had one piece of pork to offer for three of us. Another few minutes went by and we were offered chicken and steak wrapped in bacon. We didn't see any more food for another 10-15 minutes. We spoke to a meat server, two waitresses and a manager and still couldn't get anybody to bring steak to our table. Finally, about 40 minutes into our meal we got our first steak served to us. I am sure that this is not the “experience” that the restaurant is looking to offer, but unfortunately this is what we got. One server tried to smooth us over with free desserts, but I certainly won't be running back to this location. I have visited other locations and never have run into this type of treatment and service. I tried to enjoy the night for a birthday celebration but it definitely didn't live up to the standard I was looking for or the hefty price tag. Tried not to just bash and give one star, some of the meat was great, but those cuts were few and far between.

We arrived for Brunch at 1pm. I had called the prior day to confirm if brunch was available with eggs/waffle machine; they said yes. We got day down right away. Got our drinks and cheese bread. Went to grab a waffle and egg to start and realize the station was not set up. Our waitress said it was not available anymore.... Which was disappointed. All meats were good though! Lamb was a bit dry. Didn't eat chicken. Didn't get chorizo. It arrived until we were paying ... Other than that it was a good spot. $135 for two for brunch (including two alcohol HH drinks)
