There were 8 of us sitting at the hibachi table. I felt the service was ok but very robotic
As for the food i had the steak. I just did not like the taste, i dont know what they season it with but i thought it wasnt tasty.

Terrible experience. The food was tasteless, the shrimp I was served was raw, and the service was just as bad. After waiting 15 minutes for my sushi to arrive, I had to actually get up and take soy sauce from another table because no one brought any. To make matters worse, they auto-included a tip — even though I essentially served myself. Absolutely unacceptable.

I am not one to leave bad reviews at all but my family and I have never felt so disrespected in a restaurant. Service is an absolute zero out of ten. We each received a total of less than 10 pieces of steak when we ordered a combo for dinner. The staff was not understanding, they yelled at us, they tried arguing with the family next to us, and when we left they told us not to come back. I have never left a restaurant with such a bad taste in my mouth. If you go out with your family, please do yourself a favor and do not go as you will be leaving extremely upset.

5 of us had lunch at Fyhre. We ordered lots of food to share and they had the plates presented very nicely. The Kani salad is very good, the sashimi and rolls are fresh. Just be sure to check the bill as they already added the tips and we almost double paid the tips. Overall, great experience.

We walked in about an hour before closing, the server initially was sweet but when we asked for more time to look over the menu (first time here) her attitude shifted. We were a party of 4 and each ordered a roll. I asked for the rolls to be plated separately since we are not familiar with sushi to an extent. Another server came to drop off the plates and scolded us for ordering separate plates. I was talking over with my party advising I was going to leave a Google review and her attitude became pleasant again. Now leaving still 30 minutes before closing with other people eating they started to turn off the lights in the restaurant. Definitely will not be coming back and do not recommend to eat in.

Love the Hibachi, but I am not that hungry each time I go there. Great bargain, a whole lot of food and the Groupon is GREAT. Sometimes a just get the clear broth soup and the awesome Rock Shrimp. Scrumptious!

I do not recommend hibachi. Well at least with the chef that cooked our food. No words no tricks no entertainment. No sake pour, no heartbeat, no volcano...nothing. just banging utensils and confirming who's getting what. The shrimp appetizer was the LAST food item to be put on our plates. We were asking for sauces from the beginning. We didn't get them until he had left and then came back saying I'm sorry so sorry I forgot. Here you go. I was told that I couldn't order a certain drink at the hibachi table. They said go to the bar and walked away to the next person asking what they wanted. Tip is automatically added for parties of FOUR and more. we asked not to be seated against the utensils and plates. We requested along the wall. No. They seated us against the utensils. I can't tell you how many people walk back and forth and brushing up on you or touching your shoulder. There was no one else on the side we requested at four tables. They said those are reserved. We also had a reservation. What was the difference? I will not return there. There are better hibachi at buffet's. Sorry fyre.....no good. Bad service. You do not cater to customers. You do what you want and full on argue with us to make sure we understand that there are no substitutes or changes of any kind. How is that possible. If I do not want something on my plate or request to change it, they do not or will not change anything or substitute anything. They told me I'd have to get an entire other dish if I wanted something different.

Recently celebrated a co-worker's moving on celebration there. The food was delicious and service was attentive. I had the salmon teriyaki lunch box which was delicious. Ordered two chef special rolls and a lunch special for sushi to go in addition to another lunch special. Everything was packed securely. Missing one star only because they were mopping the dining floors at opening which presented a slight hazard getting to our table in the back. By the time we left, the floors had a slick, greasy film to them which made our trek out a little more cautious. Would go ahead if in the area with safe shoes.
