I was disappointed that for a $16 Açaí bowl, it wasn’t freshly made. The Açaí was still frozen, and I had to wait for it to defrost before I could eat it. For the price, I expected a fresher, ready-to-enjoy experience.

Food is good. However, I will not be going back there. I used to go every single Saturday, and wd purchase the same exact thing. After getting a portion that was closer to half of what I normally am given I called to let them know they didn't get me enough food and I'm still hungry. The manager (with his infinite wisdom, and business sense) told me I cd get $5 off the next time I come in. I explained to him that's not good enough; and that I won't be coming in again if it's not made right. So this fool chose to lose my business every single Saturday rather than giving me a little more food that should have been on the plate to begin with. How NOT to manage a restaurant 101.

You need a second person to help the young man out. When the kitchen pushes out the food. It should be prioritized to dine in and take out customers. There’s no reason for dine in and take out people to have to wait for their food just because a refund or something is being process or an order is taking place. The kitchen complained about food sitting in the kitchen window. The food that sits there will eventually get cold the longer it sits there. Just prioritize it and then after you take talk to the customer that just came in. Follow the first of first in first out. Prioritize the customers waiting rather than the ones coming in.

1st timer!! Got it on Uber Eats. It was a quick delivery on a cold day all the way to Farmingdale. Food the way it should be. FRESH and Coked to Order. This Salmon and Quinoa is delicious and I dont feel like im sacrificing any flavor to this meal. GREAT JOB from your picky Farmingdale Friend!!
