I love this jersey Mike's and get it on Uber eats almost daily but please make my tuna sandwiches neater! It's very unappetizing and hard to eat when there's no where to hold it because the tuna is coming out from the sides. I definitely don't want less food but the right amount of tuna that fits in the bread without chunks spilling is important!

The Staff are getting upset because you want to add another order like what's the problem providing services for the customers instead you want to have an attitude tell your workers to have some sense and be polite instead of getting upset about customers wanting to order more from Jersey mikes !!!

Food is good when the rosemary parmesian bread is fresh and not stale..few of the female employees need an attitude adjustment always seem to have a nasty attitude as if they don't want to be there or maybe underpaid and its only the carle place location 🤷

Visited many Jersey Mike's in Queens and Long Island. At Carle Place they absolutely make the best sub. Staff is always very attentive,polite and friendlywith smiling face. We go out of our way and come to this Carle Place location. Keep it up.. They deserve FIVE
I want to say this jersey Mike's is awesome throwback sandwich place. I've been to this location. 3 times and its the same issues each time. The slicer is not cleaned, you can still see the cheese rings on the slicer, at the bottom of the slicer there is enough meat and cheese to make a regular sandwich.
The grill you can still see food on it, mind you no one was cooking on it. The station where they prepare the sandwich is always wet with lettuce still on it before they go to the next customer. At the same time wiping the leftover back into the lettuce bin. I've witnessed my sandwich being placed on the black portion of the counter instead of on paper. Management needs to walk in as a customer and just watch.

The black girl in the front by the register was upset because I asked for banana peppers on the side. She rudely said don’t wait till your orders done. Why is all the staff only nice to white people

Ordered take out 3 large hero’s. Safe to say they put half portions of meat on them and charged full price. 45 dollars for a 25 dollar portion.

I'm not the biggest fan of sandwiches but Jersey Mike's subs leave me craving for more! I love the bread and heard they make their own. They put plenty of meat on their subs and they always taste delicious
