Best sushi I've found on long island! I'm from los Angeles and most NY sushi pales in comparison. It is such a relief to find an authentic, yummy, real sushi n place out here. Highly recommend if you are a true sushi aficionado!

We went to this red on a Friday right when they opened. We tried the tatami seating. I found it comfortable. You will have to take off your shoes so make sure you don’t have holes in your socks. We ordered the Tuna Tataki, Omasake sushi dinner and the unagi Don. All the seafood was fresh tasting. Portions were large. If I ordered the Unagi Don at another restaurant I would get two pieces of eel and a bowl of rice for $20. Here I got four pieces of eel and twice the rice...

Amazing food, worth a special trip here. The best katsu curry in NY, & amazing gyoza. Also, everyone is very kind & attentive, & it seems as though they have many regulars that they are friendly with, nice family environment.
