Best thing is the 24hr drive thru, when you really get that craving.Gotta mention these nice seats they have in this particular McDonald's. Perfect for a little coffee break, better seats than some popular coffee shops.

You order on the app pull into the curbside pick up for some reason it still takes 15 minutes for your order. And it's incorrect missing items and luke warm and mushy.Then you complain and it takes 2 weeke for someone to reply and then going on 2 more weeks of we sent you gift cards sorry they haven't arrived .. just a joke for a company

I chose one star to write this. If I could choose no stars that would be more truthful. This place is smelly, dirty and very unprofessional. This place has no welcoming vibe. It has no "let's stay and eat here" feeling to it. There are many more McDonald's in the near neighborhoods. Go there instead and not to the one in Carle Place.

Grease gets all over the napkins from the cold french fries at the bottom of the bag. Even in off-peak times, there is slow service.
