Nothing Bundt Cakes

I was so excited for the banana pudding bundt cakes that I ordered two. Turns out, it's terrible. I taste no banana whatsoever. Apparently the pudding is vanilla (not a good vanilla), and there is banana puree in the cake. The cake tastes nothing like banana, not even those little black flecks you see in banana baked goods. So disappointing! I didn't even finish one, not even good enough to eat. Some other flavors are good, but it's all very sweet, and hard to eat more than a few bites at a time.

The banana pudding was worth it, I feel like the rest are plain cupcakes that can be made at home. Customer service was ok

Avoid this place. Went in there, couple of weeks ago, I guess we bothered the two girls working there, but they were able to get past our presence and take our order, which they messed up, forgetting a bunt cake. Like, not that hard. This place sucks.

The woman running your store in Holly Springs North Carolina is a horrible person to represent your company. She has terrible customer service skills and screams at customers over the phone stating that they never make mistakes. This customer had family member’s with a life threatening gluten allergy and when the customer called to tell the location that she didn’t receive either of the ONLY TWO flavors offered in gluten free, not to mention her entire order was wrong, she was harassed and ridiculed. When she mentioned leaving a review and telling everyone she knows not to visit that location, the owner/manager told her that she wasn’t the first nobody to threaten that and to go ahead. How in the world do you run a business this way?? I will never return to a Nothing Bundt Cakes if this is how you allow your stores to be ran. How disappointing.

On Sat, the Moline, Il location closed early due to weather, but failed to contact my friend that had an order for $150. When she arrived, the store was closed, and the owner is refusing to refund her money. This is deplorable business practice. The owner says she could’ve picked them up Sunday, the day AFTER the party, and refuses to refund the $150. Shame on you!

I loved your cakes before I had gastric sleeve. Any chances of a sugar free or low sugar option coming?

On December 10, my aunt bought 3 bunt cakes for my birthday. We shared them between my dad, my aunt and me. They were delicious.

My daughter went in to get her free Bundt cake for her birthday. When she asked the employee that was there, she was told she needed a QR code or some kind of email stating that she could get the free Bundt cake. That was fine, but when she turned to leave, the person she spoke to and the other employees all started laughing as she was walking out the door. She knew they were laughing at her because no one else was in the store. This is inexcusable for this to happen the day before Thanksgiving on someone’s birthday. My daughter and I both shop there often. But that was the last time we will go. Shame on your employees.

Cupcakes were delicious but way too expensive for me! I bought (3)three dozen of the mini cupcakes and it was $125.00. I won’t be back! Sorry!

Order wasn’t fulfilled, no refund , sub-par placation attempted by store. I’d recommend finding an alternative store!

On 11/26, I placed an order for pickup at the Crystal Lake NothingBundtCake, as it stated was open on 11/28 for 9am. Go to the store and it’s closed. Considering i placed the order 2 days prior, a little phone call would have been nice when the order was received to say they wouldn’t be open and to reschedule, even though their system let you pick the day. So now I am out the $43.83 that it cost me and quite irritated by the whole situation. I would like to be contacted this and what will be done to rectify.
