All 6 handrolls in the set menu (salmon, yellowtail, crab, spicy tuna, scallop and lobster) were so fresh and a fabulous combination of beautifully prepared fish and warm rice! The perfectly poached egg in the creamy mentai udon is the best mentai udon I have had- much lighter but more flavorful than what you would find in Japan Village. This restaurant belongs on St. Marks Place in the city! May is so sweet… definitely excited to bring friends and family back the next time around!

First time visiting this spot. Was shopping with husband and wanted some good sushi and came across this very quaint intimate sushi spot. Food was very yummy, fish was fresh and beautifully presented. Service was excellent and atmosphere was very intimate .Definitely recommend this place and will be returning again soon.

I've been here twice and their handroll deals are worth your penny. The handrolls are packed and you def leave full. The ingredients taste fresh and each roll is prepared as you eat if you sit at the counter. The staff are very friendly as well.

Unlike other sushi restaurants, which will pack your rolls with rice and cucumber, Ocean Code was generous with their fresh and well-cut fish. Every dish we ordered (creamy mentai udon, salmon Ikura don, 6 hand rolls, walk sideway roll) was a knockout!

Sushi is terrible. Poor quality and not at all fresh. They also don't honor their buy 1 get 1 free offer. If you order from Uber Eats expect to get half of what you pay for and when you contact the restaurant they don't stand by their discount. Not such a bad thing since the food is pretty terrible. Would not eat here again.

The hand rolls are incredibly fresh! The quality of the sushi coupled with the crisp hand roll makes this an outstanding experience. New York City quality nestled away in a cozy shopping center. Dine in is a must. A fantastic surprise.

Called in an order for shrimp tempura roll. Service was fast and easy. I will say the pieces are on the larger side so they fall apart easily, but the roll was good and also fresh. Inside looks beautiful, calm atmosphere.
