If I was able to give a 0 star review I would. Has nothing to do with the food or any of the workers, it has to do with the manager. The old grumpy white man with the grey hair needs to be fired. I went to Panera bread and placed an order for my family. When I got home one of the items was missing I called the store to see if they could deliver and they told me they couldn’t, they told me I can come pick it up so I did. When I arrived I asked one of the workers for the item that they forgot, she didn’t know about it so she went to the manager. He came over to me and asked how he may help me. I explained to him I’m the one that called and you told me to come in and he said “ I don’t know what you’re talking about” who are you. I then once again explained it to him. He didn’t say nothing and continued to do what he was doing. I waited for 5 minutes and still no answer at this point I knew he was ignoring me. I called my family member that spoke to him on the phone and told them he was ignoring me. I got so frustrated I told him I’ll just pay for it, he still ignored me. I then told him to stop ignoring me and I don’t wanna have an issue. He tells me get out the store or he’s calling the police for not leaving. I then had no choice but to leave. I don’t advise anyone to come here. This guy is rude and obviously lives a miserable life, he should not be a manager if he can’t keep his word and accomadate

Ordering is quick, and you can also use the two quiosk machines. But once you are waiting for your order in the back, you hear so much chit-chat in Spanish, and then you wonder why your food is delayed. The female workers just fill your order, and if something is wrong with it, you have to talk to the cashier who speaks English. Not cool for the steep prices you pay here. I guess this is why this place is empty every time I go.

Called to ask if the could put a side of bread in my doordash order i had just placed, as there was no option to select bread as a side in my app. I get in touch with an employee on the phone- a woman named megan who i believe might be the manager i can’t recall, as soon as i mention doordash she hangs up on me not even letting me finish 5 words. And then when i call back immediately afterwards i get left to ring for 3 minutes and no answer. Horrible phone service, i just don't understand why someone would act like that towards a customer for no reason.

They ran out of the panera branded plastic cups, was given a generic cup which would normally be fine but there was no corresponding lid. Not acceptable from a massive corporate chain establishment.

I would like to share that Matt the mgr .. is amazing .. very calming and helpful patient in taking customers orders .. I was happy bc I like nitrate .. nitrite free deli meat - And He took the time to make sure that the turkey was free of heavy sodium’.. Matt the manger is very customer service oriented .. thank you
