Most Panera Breads are really good they have a good atmosphere good seeing good bathrooms the people are polite I can't find anything really wrong with it except that there's one Panera that's on Cross Bay Boulevard over by Howard Beach that's extremely small and has hardly no seating whatsoever and I find it very strange that they would build something like that and outside this limited parking because it's a shared parking lot three other stores and they only have three spots doesn't make

The food here for “fast food” is pretty outstanding. We had the chicken noodle soup and Mac and cheese. Both orders were delicious and met the expectations. Staff at the register was dull and felt like he didn’t want to be there. The staff in the kitchen was filled with life and worked rapidly to fulfill many different orders.

Very bad behaviour by employee she is very rude. She talks with me like im her servant. If panera bread didn’t take action against her, i will file complaint against them.

I'm so glad the black bean soup is back. The food is great quality, service is amazing and no long wait time. Plenty of pkg and wonderful food and drink options.

There was a mistake with my order and I received a half sandwich instead of a full, the server quickly rectified the issue and was very kind about it.
Thank you!

I got a chicken noodle soup today and the chicken was raw. I called the manager of this location to express my concern and I was told that it was impossible that any raw chicken was in the soup. Yet, there was. I’m concerned for other people consuming this batch of soup, but he did not take these concerns seriously.

Overall, entry is very clean and presentable. Place is usually full of patrons (a good sign) and their display captures attention.

You could order from their screens or with a person, but usually the lines are long if you wish to speak to a worker.

Their items are pricey! We ordered a salad and Mac & cheese with drinks which was almost $40. Most entrees are around $8-10+.

Getting the food, it was such a small portion (the Mac & cheese) for the price.. but it did taste good. It just seemed a bit dry (you can see in the video) and could’ve used more cheese. The salad was just an ordinary salad- nothing special. Some large pieces of lettuce chunks. Their chocolate chip cookie was very good (especially if you compare it to other fast casual competitors) and their teas are VERY good. Highly recommend their drinks way more than their food.

I say, try their drinks but lower your expectations when it comes to the food. And $$

Sept 2025. Good staff, good service, plenty of seating, free parking, prepare your own coffee, bagels r not that great, if you want to add cream cheese, you'll get the cream cheese on the side, sorry no jelly available, prices r normal on this side of the island. Don't forget to pick your order in the bsck, and u better stay closed by or you won't hear your name being called. But otherwise Fully recommended.

I am appalled. I put on my order “no cheese” for my sandwich, as I’m very allergic to dairy. Lo and behold what do I bite into- you guessed it, cheese. I am not happy and will not be coming back. Also very long for my food to come out.

If I was able to give a 0 star review I would. Has nothing to do with the food or any of the workers, it has to do with the manager. The old grumpy white man with the grey hair needs to be fired. I went to Panera bread and placed an order for my family. When I got home one of the items was missing I called the store to see if they could deliver and they told me they couldn’t, they told me I can come pick it up so I did. When I arrived I asked one of the workers for the item that they forgot, she didn’t know about it so she went to the manager. He came over to me and asked how he may help me. I explained to him I’m the one that called and you told me to come in and he said “ I don’t know what you’re talking about” who are you. I then once again explained it to him. He didn’t say nothing and continued to do what he was doing. I waited for 5 minutes and still no answer at this point I knew he was ignoring me. I called my family member that spoke to him on the phone and told them he was ignoring me. I got so frustrated I told him I’ll just pay for it, he still ignored me. I then told him to stop ignoring me and I don’t wanna have an issue. He tells me get out the store or he’s calling the police for not leaving. I then had no choice but to leave. I don’t advise anyone to come here. This guy is rude and obviously lives a miserable life, he should not be a manager if he can’t keep his word and accomadate
