Came here a few years ago at Christmas time for a group dinner. Was perhaps the worst meal of my life. Service was terrible, the food was inedible.

Heard they closed down and since I don’t like to dump on a restaurant felt it was the right time to drop my review.

Hopefully, if the owner plans on reopening or rebranding, they read some of these comments and straighten their act out. Way too many Italian restaurants in the area to be dialing it in.

Please note, this restaurant appears to be closed. We went there yesterday, 10/25, it was dark and the doors locked. No sign or notice posted anywhere.

Party of two for dinner. We were greeted when we walked in. Waited for 10 minutes to be sat. We were walked to the rear of the restaurant. Approached a table with 6 place settings. Was told to sit where ever we liked.
We sat at the table for 20 minutes.
Never acknowledged
No drink order
No food order.

We decided to leave the restaurant.

Very large venue. Attractive decor and lighting. We went on a Saturday night and the place was packed. Even with reservations we had to wait quite a while. The aroma of something really nice made the wait seem longer. The food was very good but servers were struggling to handle the crowd. Our dinners were not hot when they arrived. The noise at times made conversation nearly impossible. We’ll come back again but we will rethink the time - maybe a Florida dinner time.

The services need some work.. It started with a bartender not properly preparing an Expresso martini (without beans ) which is clearly on their menu..When I placed the drink Oder I specifically said , as per your menu,(3X because he asked over and over), Next was the menu, I ordered a spicy scarparielleo wings ( and reviewed it with the server (well done wings)..The dish comes out with sausage. Never having this dish before ever , we thought , the sausage was how it is prepared, however , after receiving the check we noticed the wording ( the check “ Scarpariello sausage “. Not our order ( and price were different.. The server said , because it was consumed..to bad…..The price was twice as much but not exactly what we ordered….I get it , yes we ate the dish and the pasta dish we ordered and the cocktails , but thinking it was the correct wing dish..The food was good but thinking about the order error , I feel the restaurant should have atleast split the difference with us. the waiter admitted it was his fault because he asked did I want the wings served first..( appetizer) I replied no but well done wings…I have to share this experience and never return that being the case I will not return.. lots of great Italian restaurants around..I should not be held accountable for a servers error.. I frequently eat out 4 or 5 x a week.. I hope they do well but some is off...

**Service:** We were initially informed that two adjacent tables were reserved for couples, limiting our seating options. However, the restaurant later offered to combine those tables for our party of four. Instead, we chose to sit outside, which turned out to be a great decision given the pleasant evening weather. Unfortunately, a significant delay in having our orders taken made the experience frustrating, especially with two hungry and tired toddlers. After waiting too long, I had to go inside and ask the host at the entrance to find us a new server. Fortunately, Louis stepped in promptly and provided excellent service. He took our orders immediately, and at that point, a full basket of assorted breads—including one topped with tomato sauce and cheese—was placed at our table, helping to keep the kids occupied until our entrées arrived.

**Food:** The kids' pizza slices took quite a while to arrive. While they were flavorful, they were overly saturated with oil. I had to grab paper towels from the bathroom to blot some of it out, but even then, only one of my kids ended up eating their pizza due to the excess oil.

The Melanzana Parm appetizer was a generous portion and paired well with the bread basket. While enjoyable, it could have benefited from additional seasoning to enhance its flavors.

The NYC chop salad with a side of salmon was well-portioned, and I appreciated the variety of ingredients included in the dish. However, it also lacked basic seasoning, such as salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil, which would have brought out its flavors more. Although both the salad and salmon smelled fine, I had slight concerns about their freshness. Thankfully, at the time of writing, no one has reported any issues after dining.

**Payment & Pricing:** The restaurant offers a discount for paying in cash versus using a credit card, which is clearly advertised. However, their point-of-sale system calculates suggested tips based on the total bill *including* tax, rather than the pre-tax amount. Be sure to double-check the suggested tip, as the calculation is misleading.

**Overall Impression:** The restaurant served its purpose by providing a last-minute dining option, but considering the abundance of Italian restaurants—including those that serve pizza—I wouldn’t rank this place as my top choice for future visits.
