Dorothy B provided excellent service. She realized there was a issue without our reservation and seated us right away. I really appreciate the extra steps she took. I always recommend the red lobster at Carle Place vs any other local ones.

The food was over cooked the atmosphere wasn't welcomed at all. I think this restaurant needs a good make over table chairs. Red lobster 🦞 was my favorite place to go water down drinks it's sad. To the owner you need to visited your store.

I usually enjoy the food here so I ordered online. The bag was nicely sealed but they forgot my biscuits, the most important part of the meal! Very disappointed...

Toots was our server, she did her job. No complaints. She brought fresh hot biscuits that go so good with the crab queso! The food was good. Just needs a pinch more seasoning/flavor. Hubby got coconut shrimp, cole slaw and cesar salad. 4th grader got dragon shrimp and Mac. She was expecting a more homemade/baked taste. I got the make your own with snow crab, lobster, scampi and Alfredo with baked potato and broccoli. So much food. Definitely worth the value. I split my meal and brought the other half for work. 😋 brownie overload and strawberry cheesecake for desserts. Hubby had the Snoop drink and I had a margarita flight. The blue was least fave but all were demolished lol. Definitely use the app and get free apps or desserts!
