I walked in excited to try a smoothie but the service was terrible. There were 2 workers helping other people so I was patient waiting for my turn. I waited by the order here sign hoping when one of them were done I would be helped. I made eye contact with one of the employees and there was nothing. No greeting or assurance that they would get to me. After finishing with the people before me , one of the female employees decided to take the order of another customer that came after me. I left because I felt that that was very rude. There were people who came after me who were waiting at the same area I was. I waited in my car to see if they would get helped and they were right after I left. This left a very bad taste in my mouth it being my first time . I will not be back.

I typically use the reorder button to place custom orders, a process that has been seamless in the past. However, recently, the system has been removing items I wish to exclude and failing to add replacements. This has resulted in orders like the one I received today, which consisted solely of water and ginger spinach. When I contacted customer service to address this glitch, I received a generic response suggesting that I call the store directly. This unsatisfactory resolution has left me disappointed, particularly after being a loyal customer for many years. I'm now reconsidering my patronage of this establishment.
