Cute little spot close to Roosevelt Field. Plenty of parking and seating available. The service was prompt and polite and the food was pretty good. This is a breakfast/lunch eatery. Pictured: Beef Barley soup, Fiesta Omelette, Popeye omelette.

This establishment, though modest in size, exudes a remarkable charm. The courteous and affable wait staff is ever-ready to welcome and assist patrons. While the extensive menu may initially appear daunting, the culinary delights that follow make it all worthwhile. Be prepared for a potential wait, as this establishment's popularity often leads to a bustling atmosphere. I hold this establishment in high regard. Due to the considerable patronage upon my arrival, I refrained from taking photographs of the interior, as it would have been impolite to do so.

I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

Thomas's Diner has that traditional old school diner feel to it but more importantly some darn good food. My wife suggested that we stop in while shopping in the area and we were not disappointed. The place was pretty busy but we were seated after a short wait. The wife ordered an egg sandwich which was one of the best we ever had. I ordered a Bacon and Swiss Omelette which was served in a skillet and really good. A side order of some delicious pancakes and we left really happy & full.

Food was almost inedible. The meatloaf was tasteless and the turkey platter was cold. Would definitely not recommend. Service was meh.

Convenient location next to shopping centers. Good food & nice layback retro diner with leather booths. Bar stool dining at counter also pretty cool.

Food is above average but prices are a bit high for sausage, eggs, & home fries. With coffee & gratuity will put you past a twenty spot for a breakfast that normally can be had for $10-12.

I think the venue is a nice attraction & probably worth a visit if you are from out of town. ?

our waitress was nice-ish but didn’t check up on our table once. i had to flag her down to get the check and that was the only time she acknowledged us other than taking our order. man who brought drinks was incredibly rude.

Great place to grab a meal! Everyone from the owner to the waitstaff and bussers are super nice! Food comes out fast even when busy! They make a lot of things themselves including fresh pie! It’s our go to place for eggs, turkey sandwich which is fresh turkey not yucky deli meat! And they have daily specials which for Thursday is their chicken pot pie comes with soup or salad and not too much sodium in the pot pie either! I really enjoyed their house salad with grilled chicken it was so good for so basic too! They have crinkle cut fries which are yummy for old school fries! I would highly recommend Thomas! We tend to go on the weekdays so no waits!

It’s amazing how much we rely on reviews only to discover that it’s all an illusion. In the positive. The place was packed. Waiting line even. Now the rest, It started with a cup. I can’t say it was coffee. It tasted like rancid half and half with water. When I asked for it to be replaced I received a better version of “coffee” but when I received the refill, it was back to water. The apple wood bacon was something they bought in a supermarket “maybe”and passed for real applewood bacon. The eggs had. A strange blue green color on the edges.
Then the home fries? It’s a good things I have so many other places to compare to, but this was not a comparison until the meal is cooked. The potato’s were raw. White, still grainy and crunchy. I gave them to the person serving, without a word they walked away and brought me a small plate of other cooked potatoes not even an excuse. I suspect they have coffee and cooked food for the regulars and something else for everyone else. I thought of the leviathan episode of Supernatural. Where they add the goo to the food so people would keep coming back. I’d like to say it’s just me but noticed most of the patrons plates were half full or Untouched. That says volumes. Was it an off day, they chose the worst day to make it an off day. If your giving people a set time to eat to take in the next unsuspecting dope, your doing a great job. In the worst part of the worst restaurant anywhere in the world you get a better “meal”. I hope folks give honest reviews. Gives the rest of us a chance to say no ?.
