The founder should really stop in and surprise this location because it's a disgrace. I would rather get in the car and drive 90+ minutes to Philly and go to the original location then ever come back to this one. Food was God awful and nowhere near the Tony Luke standards for a cheestseak or Italian pork. Really disappointing cause I've been to Tony Luke's in Philly hundreds of times if not more over the last 10 years never an issue. Found out they opened one in NY and couldn't wait to try it biggest mistake ever. Guess next time I want a cheesesteak or Italian pork I'm driving to Philly.

Came here twice so far and the order was wrong both times. Not just me either, people that ordered before and after me also were given incorrect orders. The register doesn't pay attention and just puts in whatever they think they're hearing. Want cheese with fries? Want a side order? Good luck getting them at the register to actually understand what you're saying. You could be yelling your order through the window pane and the masks but he's not going hear it. Then, the order takes FOREVER to come even though theres barely anyone inside. Orders seemed to be completely forgotten as well. Foods not bad but still getting 1 star considering I didn't get half the things I wanted.

Gotta say I agree with the 3-star general consensus. Saw Tony Luke's on a recent Babish video and was craving a cheesesteak so I decided to order delivery and give it a try. I used their preferred delivery app (Chow Now) and the food came within about 40 minutes and was still nice and warm. I have to say the meal overall was just okay. I had the cheesesteak "wit" fried onions and American cheese. The meat wasn't particularly flavorful nor the cheese but I liked the bread and onions. Also ordered two orders of bacon cheese fries (one per person) and definitely wished we only ordered one instead. It's a huge portion! That's about where the positives end though. The fries were super salty and the bacon was very thin, hard, and crunchy. I added the fries to my sandwich to "make it fat" on my own and the saltiness actually helped the sandwich out a little bit. Would I order again? Eh, probably not. I was curious about the chicken cheesesteaks but if I'm going for something like that I think I'd get Charley's instead.

The Philly cheesesteak with provolone was by far my favorite. Fries with cheese wiz was great as well. Thank you Mohamed and the chef for providing excellent customer service and food! Big Plus: HALAL

Ordered through delivery through the website. Never got the food. Got ripped off for like $45. Having trouble getting a refund from chownow.

We got there at 10:20, Google and Yelp said they close at 11 and their website says they close at 10:45. They wouldn't let us in saying they were closed. It's not a sit down place where it would be a problem with timing. We were going to get our sandwiches and go. Never going there again.

Ordered for delivery for dinner one night. Went with traditional cheesesteak with cheese wiz, curly fried and garlic parm boneless wings. Overall was pleasantly surprised given the mixed reviews I saw. The cheesesteak was decent, not the best but bread held, size was large, meat was fine, really enjoyed the cheese wiz and the hot peppers though. Curly fries were awesome. Huge portion, and still very crispy. Boneless wings were also very good. Super crispy outside and nice white meat inside. Sauce was also very good. Solid meal all around.

Took them thirty full minutes to make me a simple cheese steak without onions with provolone. Cashier/order taker took a long time to acknowledge my presence despite there being only a few people in the restaurant. They are overwhelmed with the online orders. Only one guy cooking. They prioritized the online orders over the real-life diners in the restaurant. The other folks in the place had not received their food when I came in. They take extremely long and don't operate with any sense of urgency. Food was lukewarm when they finally called me up. Not sure how long it had been sitting there. And it was a smaller-than-expected sandwich with very little provolone. Tables not totally clean. Garbage can full. Bread was good, that's about it.

As someone from the Philly/South Jersey area, I say skip this place. Not at all authentic. I can make Steakums at home that taste better. And they're using the wrong bread!

I was recommended this place by a neighbor and I often pass by. I'm pretty skeptical of fast food restaurants and I normally don't eat out unless I'm take there or someone strongly suggest it. I honestly believed this place was kind of a seafood/lobster joint. To my surprise it was a cheese steak joint which intrigued me further I've never really had a good Philly cheeses take personally. One night I ended up here after wanting to try something new after recently being told of this place. I walked in and the line was to long, the guy on the grill was doing his thing. I looked over in the corner by the window to see and worker pulling freshest baked brewed out of the oven which made my heart skip a beat. Honestly the sandwich was amazing, the bread was fresh and the flavor of the peepers and steak was amazing!! I'm so glad I ended up hear I'm definitely a return customer now, my mouth is watering just thinking about it.

I'd been planning to try this place since they opened in Downtown Brooklyn. From looking at the menu, the With or With Out looked like the best choice for me. I also order the cheese fries. Let's start with the pros: the fries were still hot when they arrived (score!) and the cheese was also still warm, and quite tasty. There was just the right amount of salt, and I could tell that I would enjoy the fries even without the cheese sauce. The way the food was packaged ensured that it would arrive warm enough to enjoy, so kudos for that. Cons: the meet wasn't that flavorful, and I did request Mayo, but alas, none. For the price, I was really expecting a great tasting philly, but it was lackluster. I do plan on giving them one more try based off of the fact that I did order during lunch hour, so o want to give the benefit of the doubt.

I came from Harlem and hopped on the 3 train to Nevins to cop two sandwiches, one wit wiz and the other wit provolone. Hopped right back on the train and food was still warm when I got home. The sandwiches were GOOD. I was debating which 1 I liked better. I liked both the same. Goodness.
